So I removed the side cover to check if a certain screw was loose and it wasn't. So I called around to diff places and Independent agreed they'd take it in and check it out & fix the issue. They asked for a $250 deposit.(Really!!??) But ok no worries. They picked it up on a Wed and didn't look at it or call me until Sat. The phone call was bullshit. The guy told me it needs plugs, carb needs rebuilt, and finally the starter clutch needs replaced. The clutch alone was almost $1000 + labor. 1st of all I just rebuilt the carbs with new jets and everything. Not hard to do, I have new plugs just haven't put in yet. He went on to say the carbs need balanced I disagreed. They don't need balanced after a rebuild not to mention they were recently balanced. They kept pitching me to trade my bike and buy a bike from them. I showed up on a Monday walk through what had been serviced. The owner took time to talk with me about the issues. We agreed not to do the starter clutch however I kept asking about the shifting while riding, he used his hand on the pedal and went through the gears and said no issues. Bottom line is I spent almost $300 for r nothing. They didn't fix the shifting issue and I replaced the starter clutch myself and it still makes the same sound as before. Starter clutch not the problem. I replaced the plugs. Still have the shifting issue while riding. They're liars and they didn't check anything out. Just took my $300 and fixed nothing.

Customer Service that put the Customer First!…read more I wanted to take some time out of my day to write this review of Classic Cycle Parts. I needed a tire does not sound hard to find needed it to be 3 inches wide and 16 inches in diameter found what I liked was the DURO HF308 in this size I ordered said tire and received the wrong size from another company and they basically refused to speak to me even going as far as telling me in an email that talking to a customer is against there policy so i found a new vendor classic cycle parts so I call them ad a conversation about what I needed and wanted and yet there seemed to be some issues the young lady I spoke with to start with said that the model number did not look right so we ordered anyway just in the event that druo changed the model number and she said "if its wrong call me asap and we will see what we can do" tire arrived and it was wrong so I refused the delivery and called classic cycle parts back asap and they told me well we will go ahead and refund you the money and I was told "we will keep an eye out for what you want" here is where the shine started i though oh yeah i wont hear back from them and I won't get my tire to my surprise 5 days later i got a call from Taylor at classic cycle parts " we found your tire" I was in shock not that they found it but that they had taken the 5 days to call i don't know how many warehouses to find this tire and that they had a physical picture of this tire so they sent me the picture to confirm they had it and 5 days after my last wrong tire my correct tire is on its way many times companies make a promise to call you back or find what your looking for and as soon as your off the phone your an after though and never hear back customer service is strong with classic cycle parts I cant say enough good things about how they went the extra mile to help save my project!!!

I've gotten a Bluetooth setup on my helmet, a JM amp setup and I just had to come back to get my GTS stereo flashed and the software on my amp upgraded. I will be sending up my freewire cable to get it modified for apple carplay and the wire shortened.

I don't even know where to begin…read more. I was looking to upgrade my stereo system and speakers on my 2015 FLHTK. I had been looking online for comparisons for the best system. All the videos and comments that I had seen, there were two winners. The Harley Bombox II system or the J&M Rocker system. Well since I have a J&M headset in my helmet, I knew the quality of the brand, so I started looking online. I looked at the 400 watt 4 speaker system first because of the price. Then seen a tab for local dealers, which connected me to Sierra Electronics. I looked at the price and seen that for the price I would pay for a 400 watt system on the J&M website I could purchase the 700 watt system from Sierra Electronics. I called them on Friday the the 24th of August and talked to someone who said that they had installed one on a bike just like mine and if I wanted to take a ride, I could listen to it to see if I liked it. It was a beautiful day so I took a ride. I got there and was greeted by the kindest people that I had ever met. They fired up the bike and I heard the system. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I knew I had found my system. I was going to purchase the system and take it back with me, so I was making room in my bike for the boxes, when the owner said that they could flash the system for me before I left. I didn't know you could do that before the system was put in, so I said yes. Then the Tech person said that he could put it in for me and have it done in about an hour and a half. I DID NOT EXPECT THIS!!. I was sure that I would have to put it in myself when I got home. I asked if he was serious and he said that he was. So I had it done. The owner then asked if I was hungry because it was lunch time and I said that I was going to get a bite on the way back to Powell when he said that he would take me to a restaurant in town and drop me off so that I could eat and give him a call and he would come back and get me. And he was true to his word. I got back to the shop and about another 20 minutes later the bike was done and I was on my way. And with the price of the product and the install and flash of the system still kept me under the price of the original 700 watt system if I would have ordered it online. So I would HIGHLY recommend this company and its personnel for any work that you may need done. This was a company that was getting ready to leave for a show in Knoxville and was packing up and still took the time to get a bike done for someone that just dropped in to hear the sound of the system. Not only did that but took me to a restaurant for lunch and then pick me up as I waited. Who does that! THEY DO! This is the kind of people that work for this company. I can never thank them enough for all their generosity and help in my quest. They made me feel right at home. I will surly use this company for my purchase of sound equipment. Sierra Electronics is a class act. You won't find a company anywhere around Columbus that would treat you this way. My hats off to this company... Oh and if you stop in make sure you see Reggie the guard hound! LOL.
