This story will sound familiar if you've read the other reviews... Bought a tail bag at a lower than usual price. I get sent the wrong item- same series, but smaller. I contact them to get an exchange, expecting them to honor the purchase I made and own up to their mistake which every other online retailer does... and they reply that I can return it... and that I will pay return shipping. I purchased a 184X44 mountain bike shock. I received a 200X57 shock in a damaged package. Upon return I was charged 75.00 re-stocking fee. Had they shipped the correct item in the first place we would not be having this conversation. I contacted Motomentum and was told there was no negotiation on the fee. Dishonest business that doesn't honor their advertised exchange promise, accompanied by horrible customer service as noted by so many others (mine was loaded with bizarre, unhinged personal attacks to boot). Luckily, my bank reviewed the email thread and honored the chargeback to make up for the company's lack of integrity. Almost all of their negative reviews across the web cite how bad they are with exchanges/returns, so it sounds like you'll get off clean only if the item is perfect upon receipt... otherwise, be prepared to get blamed and insulted lol. I ordered a Thule EasyFold XT bike rack from their listing on Google shopping. It was advertised for a lower than usual price. They charged my CC and shipped the item and sent me the FedEx tracking number. While the item was on the way, they sent me an email saying they realized that they sent me "the wrong item." (The FedEx package info showed the correct box size and weight though.) They refunded my purchase and directed FedEx to send the box back to them. The FedEx tracking info says "Returning package to shipper - Shipper requested shipment to be returned." So, while I didn't have any financial damage, I am very disappointed that they did not honor their advertised price. read more

I've been in contact with this company for going on a week and a half maybe a little longer..... people make mistakes I can understand that both business owners and consumers. The error was on my end. The address that I filled in couldn't receive packages via USPS due to the house being my brothers and being listed as vacant. I'm housesitting for them as they sell their house. Anyhow. I ordered three items a set of brake and clutch levers, and one item from their eBay store, which was an adapter for the brake lever or clutch lever. I don't remember at this point while writing this review. I consistently tried to find out the process by calling them they will only respond to an email and the emails are very vague. They won't really give you an in-depth description and it doesn't seem like they're willing to go above and beyond to help their customers after doing some extensive research they net roughly $5 million a year the owners are a couple and are daughter-in-law and son to supposedly the owner zaks father. I tried to warn other consumers about the ill customer service experience on Facebook and instagram..... No response, but instead blocked which led me to google and yelp. stay away from this company if they can't work out an issue with a consumer over a simple address and then send condescending emails to make you look like you're stupid. They don't deserve hard-working consumers money motorcycling I learned it's a community. Most of us are brothers and sisters and some are not so good. I ordered a National Cycle windshield for my Yamaha Raider from Motomentum on Amazon and when I received the item and I opened the box the windshield that was in the box was some small used one and not the item I ordered. I immediately initiated a return through Amazon and explained on the return that I did not receive the item that I ordered and then about a week later I get a refund on my credit card for only $17 even though the windshield with tax was $259, the rest was charged to me as a restocking fee. I contacted Motomentum and I explained exactly what happened and the younger guy that I talked to was a complete jerk to me with a terrible attitude and told me that the item I ordered is the item they shipped even though that item is not the item I received. So now I got charged $242 for an item I never got and they are refusing to refund me the full amount. This company has terrible customer service and clearly does not have the integrity to do the right thing in this situation and treat their customers right for whatever reason or explanation that this happened I the customer am being held responsible for what I cannot control and had nothing to do with, I highly advise anyone to not do any business with this company unless they redeem themselves. read more

I needed a tire does not sound hard to find needed it to be 3 inches wide and 16 inches in diameter found what I liked was the DURO HF308 in this size I ordered said tire and received the wrong size from another company and they basically refused to speak to me even going as far as telling me in an email that talking to a customer is against there policy so i found a new vendor classic cycle parts so I call them ad a conversation about what I needed and wanted and yet there seemed to be some issues the young lady I spoke with to start with said that the model number did not look right so we ordered anyway just in the event that druo changed the model number and she said "if its wrong call me asap and we will see what we can do" tire arrived and it was wrong so I refused the delivery and called classic cycle parts back asap and they told me well we will go ahead and refund you the money and I was told "we will keep an eye out for what you want" here is where the shine started i though oh yeah i wont hear back from them and I won't get my tire to my surprise 5 days later i got a call from Taylor at classic cycle parts " we found your tire" I was in shock not that they found it but that they had taken the 5 days to call i don't know how many warehouses to find this tire and that they had a physical picture of this tire so they sent me the picture to confirm they had it and 5 days after my last wrong tire my correct tire is on its way many times companies make a promise to call you back or find what your looking for and as soon as your off the phone your an after though and never hear back customer service is strong with classic cycle parts I cant say enough good things about how they went the extra mile to help save my project!!! read more
