He apologized for the day time finance person who sent me to him without accompanying me given that I had cash in hand. These guys fixed all the things they agreed to fix without hassling the customer. I appreciated that.

My wife took our 2015 Honda Odyssey here on 10/13/25 for an oil change and front brake repair. She took 2 coupons with her from the Hugh White web site. One coupon was for a $69.95 Oil Change and the other for $389.99 Brake Pad Replacement. 1. The Oil Change was completed satisfactorily at a price of $86.60 2. The Front Brake issue was diagnosed, but not repaired. 3. A supposed issue was diagnosed with the back brakes and my wife was talked in to having the repair done at a price of $701.93. 4. And because my wife is a little gullible when it comes to automobile repairs, she was convinced to have a completely unnecessary Transmission Fluid Flush at a price of only $477.88. Took my truck today at Valvoline for oil change, they said the oil plug is rounded up and it was so tightened so hard that the washer is really but that it's causing a minor leak. I was thinking to go to Walmart and have them fix it but then who knows what are they going to do again at my truck. So I just schedule a service at the dealer. All mechanics are crooks, some will offer service that you don't need, some will mess your stuff so you'll need it done. Both don't deserved to live but pick your poison accordingly.

I started to have some battery issue towards the end of my trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. Car fired up right away without any hesitation. Yay!! Thanks O'Reilly. Military discount of 10% is always appreciated!

After answer in the questions about what type truck, motor, and did I have hydro boost, to which I answer no, she brought the parts out. After getting the parts and loading them up, I went to get the brakes changed. Holy crap, Celena. When I say I don't have hydro boost brake, that doesn't mean you sell me a hydro boost caliper. When I tell you that it's the front rotors I need, why would you sell me the rear ones? A job that should have taken 2 hours at the most, ended up being a 6 hour job, due to having to return parts to the Westerville O'Reilly, who were good enough to give me the right parts, gave me money back because the front rotors are less than the rear rotors, and I turned in the core to them, and I didn't even buy the parts from them to begin with. I understand confusion, but damn, get your stuff together. Do not get your parts at this store. Incompetently seems to be the way to go. If you enjoy having to return parts to different stores, then this is the store for you. I'll never go back.

Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.
