One coupon was for a $69.95 Oil Change and the other for $389.99 Brake Pad Replacement. 1. The Oil Change was completed satisfactorily at a price of $86.60 2. The Front Brake issue was diagnosed, but not repaired. 3. A supposed issue was diagnosed with the back brakes and my wife was talked in to having the repair done at a price of $701.93. 4. And because my wife is a little gullible when it comes to automobile repairs, she was convinced to have a completely unnecessary Transmission Fluid Flush at a price of only $477.88. Total Charges = $1296.41 Discount = $ 200.12 Tax = $ 103.71 Balance = $1200.00 PLEASE, DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU TO SATISFY THEIR GREED!

We let them know in advance we were bringing $1000 as a down payment and were looking to complete the sale for the lease special event. Test drive went great. We went on to numbers. Sales advisor came back after speaking with manager. They said that due to the fine print we owed an additional $1900 in order to complete the deal. We said we couldn't do that and were looking to complete the deal as advertised. He said he understood and went to talk with the manager. The manager is the one who returned twice after this. First time to tell us that this happens often because people either don't read the disclosures or don't understand what it means when they say fee's not included. We told them we understand fee's and disclosures, however the way the add represents does not show the total amount they are asking for. They came back with new numbers after this that were still over $100 more per month than the advertisement. We were blamed for not understanding that their ad was misleading and ultimately we left because though we could afford it, that level of dirty business practice pushed us elsewhere. We wish the service person who helped us out initially all the best. But other than that they were duplicitous, condescending and lacked all empathy for their actions.

Took my truck today at Valvoline for oil change, they said the oil plug is rounded up and it was so tightened so hard that the washer is really but that it's causing a minor leak. They told me to go back to Walmart so they can fix it, because they don't touch it if there is issue already. I was thinking to go to Walmart and have them fix it but then who knows what are they going to do again at my truck. So I just schedule a service at the dealer. All mechanics are crooks, some will offer service that you don't need, some will mess your stuff so you'll need it done. Both don't deserved to live but pick your poison accordingly.

I started to have some battery issue towards the end of my trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. After getting the parts and loading them up, I went to get the brakes changed. Holy crap, Celena. When I say I don't have hydro boost brake, that doesn't mean you sell me a hydro boost caliper. When I tell you that it's the front rotors I need, why would you sell me the rear ones? A job that should have taken 2 hours at the most, ended up being a 6 hour job, due to having to return parts to the Westerville O'Reilly, who were good enough to give me the right parts, gave me money back because the front rotors are less than the rear rotors, and I turned in the core to them, and I didn't even buy the parts from them to begin with. I understand confusion, but damn, get your stuff together. Do not get your parts at this store. Incompetently seems to be the way to go. If you enjoy having to return parts to different stores, then this is the store for you. I'll never go back.
