As others have mentioned, make sure you look over any bike closely before you purchase. I bought a bike last fall, with a listed 55-point inspection, that didn't identify that the air filter was completely clogged with rust and junk. In the months since, on a bike that reported only 4100 miles on it, I've discovered pitted forks, and an oil pump problem. In the end, this bike appears to have been neglected and not maintained for a few years before I got it...like it sat in a barn for a long time. If you don't buy the warranty, you're out of luck. The people are friendly and easy to deal with, but I wouldn't trust the listing descriptions, nor the conditions of the bikes they sell. Misleading company name. read more

This place gets 3 stars: - My salesman, Steve, was informative, patient, and courteous - They have a wide selection of bikes so you have the opportunity to sit on lots to find what you're into - The sales process was smooth and fast I took 2 stars off for 2 important reasons: - They sold me a bike with 21-year-old dry-rotted tires. They claim to do a thorough inspection, which they then turn around and say is only "mechanical." This bike should have never been sold with the tires in the condition they were in. - They refused to make things right by putting on new tires at no cost to me. I ended up being $150 out of pocket to get my bike into safe, rideable condition. For these reasons, I cannot recommend anyone actually buy a bike from here. Visit, sit on a bunch of stuff to find what you like, then go somewhere else to buy it. Having "integrity" in the name is preposterous given this experience. They essentially sold me an unsafe bike (or, from another perspective, a bike with no tires), then made me haggle with them to even make it right. I was only able to negotiate $100 off the asking price of the bike in the first place, so after replacing the rotten tires, they ended up making an additional $50 off of me. The people are nice, the inventory is large, but this is not a good place to buy a bike. I gave the manager, Chris, multiple opportunities to make this right by just putting new dang tires on it for me at no cost. So long story short: - they claim to sell bikes that are inspected and road ready but will sell you one with rotten tires and then claim that it's just "mechanically" inspected - they will not own up to their mistakes and make you whole Read the other negative reviews. Depending on what you're looking for, this is a great place to start looking at for a bike. I guess if you're looking for a used bike this is the place with something for everyone. Chris was excellent: super helpful, pleasant & informative --- we really liked dealing with him. I don't know if they will have what you want, but they can probably get it for you from a (well stocked) sister store. DONT misunderstand, this is NOT part of a chain or franchise, but (IIRC 1 of 2 large inventory'd stores) capable and an excellent place to start. We just bought a BEAUTIFUL Indian that only had 3k miles on it. Plenty of HD's & metric cruisers. Not as many sport bikes, but a few. I highly recommend. read more

For about a year my son & I would stop in, checking out and ridding different HD"s. Chris, no. one man and the other salesmen were really nice and explained everything good and bad re/ HD's. I wanted a old school looking bike, Finally , Chris located a beautiful 08 Road King he thought it was me ! he even shipped it down from the North store. I was ready to buy, I road it, but the bike just didn't feel good a very heavy bike. I backed out from buying the bike. Chris said no problem, but if you want agility try a Street Glide. A gorgeous 09 Street Glide came in a few weeks earlier. I tried it out and couldn't believe the difference in ride. We wrote up the sale that day ! I've been to Integrity Cycles quite a bit. Every time I go there they are extremely friendly willing to help an answer any questions I have, and sometimes just talk about bikes and their inventory. Their bikes are actually priced at a very good price considering them being a dealership most have low miles and the best thing is when you go there they don't try to pressure you into a sale like most places do they're there when you need them but they don't follow you around like a lost puppy trying to force you to buy something. I bought a 2009 Harley Fatbob from them in December 2015, from the location just off 23 and 104. I rode it home and the thing immediately had trouble starting. I took it back to them and they fixed it right away, no problems. The service department, sales guy, and the finance girl were all super nice. I just opened my air box last week and noticed this thing has the original factory air filter at 14K miles. Make sure you look the bike over good and check basic mechanicals before you buy. I also need a new rear tire, which I hadn't noticed was wearing down when I purchased it. Don't emotional about the purchase, like I did, look the bike over good! Maybe even have a second opinion mechanic look at it before you sign on the line. read more

My experience was good with Integrity when I purchased my Indian. At first, I was disappointed because it seemed that they had sold the bike that I had come to look at, even after I had called and talked to them about it and scheduled to drive 100 miles to see it. I was happy to hear that they had put it in the back showroom to save for me so nobody was able to buy it before I saw it. It ended up being what I wanted and I purchased it. So here is why; I contacted "Integrity" in regards to selling or trading in my bike. I spoke with Chris and agreed on an estimated value of my bike. Granted this was from pictures and not in person. Due to family illness some time had passed, but nothing changed on my bike other than a month had gone by. Chris contacted me about a bike they had just brought into the shop. I was looking for the style and the color was agreeable with the wife, so then come the fun... I live over and hour and a half from the store, so Chris and I had discussion over the phone on cost, trade and what I could bring to the table. I made the drive. Looked over his bike and then he looked over mine. Granted it is -5* and neither of us were going to test drive the bikes! we went into the office to talk price. He took to the calculator and not to pencil and paper. When he looked up he said " With the 1500.00 you have, it looks like you still need to have 2000.00". Now I'm confused and a discussion proceeded then ended with me leaving without the new bike, half empty tank of gas (@3.50 per gal) and left my sick wife at home for three and a half hours. As everyone knows- unhappy wife, unhappy life. Now help me do the math: 3999.00 their bike +289.93 tax 4288.93 price -2500.00 trade ( if we go in the middle ) -1500.00 cash I brought to the table 298.93 balance with my calculator! That is a far cry from 2000.00!! Maybe it's new math. My opinion: huge selection, friendly staff, but they need to learn how to use a calculator. If you want to kill and hour or two by test sitting all the different style they are great. Just bring your own calculator! read more

I found this company looking for a very specific motorcycle. So specific it boiled down to make model year and one of 2 color schemes. I was only able to find 3 for sale in the country and decided I wanted to the bike that They had due to the lower mileage. I did however in the picture find a nick in the lower rear trunk which they gladly fixed once I committed to the purchase. I originally was having it delivered to SC from Ohio but picked it up in the end and after buying the motorcycle sight unseen it was everything they said it was. There were a couple scuffs when I got there and they got rid of those to. I had also purchased some parts for the bike ahead of time and Johnny there was great to deal with also. So Kudos to Josh, Chopper, and Janelle. They all made purchasing my Tri Glide from them a very easy and smooth purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. read more

After spending 3 weeks trying to get ahold of anyone in service or to return my call (I was calling in twice a week for 3 weeks) I finally stopped in on a Saturday and talked to a salesman, who highly recommended the service department. When I called in again I asked if there was anyone who could just take the time to answer a couple questions and schedule a service I got plugged around until someone finally picked up. My bike is a 2001 Harley with less than 6000 miles, I was wanting to see about tires and a full service. I was informed they don't sell tires, and my bike was "too old" to do any service on, they only do 2005 and up. What a crock after all this wasted time trying to use this company based on their "good reviews" I'm sure they'll sell you a bike though, and they have ones as old as mine in their inventory, did it get a true inspection and maintenance? We purchased a 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan from the Lewis Center location in May of this year while we were in Ohio. The bike fit my son who is 6'3" and about 300 pounds but we were concerned with the year of the bike and its reliability. Not knowing much about bikes as he had only been riding for two months, he test rode the bike just for fit and comfort. We paid cash for the bike at 3500. out the door which was approximately 1700. more than blue book value, however after looking for him a bike for some time that he was comfortable on and with the assurance of the sales man that the bike had no mechanical issues, we bought the bike. My son was able to ride it about 8 miles before we started having problems, the bike has been in the shop since we bought it, blowing gas out the tail pipe due to incomplete burn. We have had carburetor work done, and have now been told we need to replace the CDI box which is 489. for the part alone. The mechanic said he can see where someone had tried to get into the CDI box and that visible work had been done so someone knew there was a problem; in addition to this fact when my son was ready to ride it they took it back into the garage for something to be done to it out of our sight. After speaking to the mechanic about this, we have been told that if they put a new spark plug in immediately before riding, the problem would be masked for a small period of time so the ride would be smooth but after that small period of time the spark plug would foul out. However by that time, the bike had been paid for. We should have been made aware of the issue before we bought it as it took all the money he had saved up just to buy and put few miles on it. The CDI box on testing only had two live wires coming out of it so in essence the complete electric system has to be replaced and they had to have known. read more
