I am late to this party at 57, but I bring lots of pent up anger and a loner attitude kinda like Clint Eastwood in Grand Torino. Calling their customer service "terrible" doesn't begin to cover it. Appalling, dismissive, and completely unacceptable would be more accurate. My husband has been doing business with CinCity for more than 20 years. Between his purchases and those of his immediate family, they have purchased 10+ motorcycles from this dealership. He rode his 2020 Road Glide Limited off their showroom floor approximately six years ago. He knows his motorcycle, and he knows when something is wrong with it. When we went to pick up his Harley, we spoke with Tyler in the parts department about our concerns. During that conversation, Tyler told us, "It's our job to make money." My husband responded that it is his job to keep me safe when I'm riding on the back of that motorcycle. That exchange pretty much summed up our entire experience. We came in concerned about the safety and mechanical condition of a motorcycle that carries two people down the highway. Instead of leaving the conversation feeling that our safety mattered, we left feeling as though making money mattered more than the people riding the motorcycle. After more than two decades of loyalty and more than ten motorcycle purchases by this family, that is an absolutely disgusting way to make longtime customers feel. This isn't just about poor customer service anymore. When someone brings a motorcycle in because they believe something is wrong, their concerns deserve to be taken seriously. A motorcycle isn't something you can simply pull over safely when a serious mechanical problem occurs at highway speed. There is more to this experience, but the bottom line is simple: we trusted CinCity with a motorcycle, but more importantly, we trusted them with our safety. After this experience, that trust is gone.

Got my SYM HD200 from them a few years back. Love it and love them. It was a nice buying experience…read more- insanely knowledgeable and personable staff took us n00bs and brought us up to speed and helped us pick the best ride for us. Seth took my wife and I over to a big parking lot to get the basics and learn how to ride the thing before setting us free into the wilds of Cincinnati where people do whatever they want on the road. (We also took the the state's motorcycle class later on, which was actually really fun and well done.) They've always been good on support for me as well. Blew my rear tire while out riding once and they came and picked it up, filled my tire and got me back on the road. Any time I change tires (Intentionally) I have them mount it to the wheel for me for a small charge - usually same day, which is hella-easier than trying to wrestle it on myself. As far as some of the mediocre reviews I've seen on here... I would counter that it's a small, family-owned business. On this scale, you can't be all things to all people or service any random knock-off scooter who's parts are near impossible to find. There's a reason they're dirt cheap. This is still a fairly niche market and it's difficult enough getting support and parts for the brand-name stuff. I've had to turn to Metro a few times when my extensive internetting yielded nothing and they've always been helpful. I can tell you that what they do, they do well and everyone there has been great to us.

The best there is very honest and friendly I have been going there for years…read more Dave K.
