I tried to buy a 2025 General 1000 4 Sport, the price was confusingly higher than msrp and understanding why was like pulling teeth. I wanted to buy it, buti didn't want that particular roof, windshield or rear window, so they try and force sale of accessories on a customer that has no interest in those specific parts. I wanted Polaris OE side and rear view mirrors, rock sliders and front and rear bumpers, not the windshield, rear window and roof. Lastly, the vehicle was outside in the elements, poor quality pics showing it covered in snow. I bought one yesterday, from another dealer, configured how I wanted and unit was clean and looked brand new because it was inside in a showroom. This was a significantly below average experience. I definitely won't recommend this place.

He would not answer my calls but had a tech call me to figure out the problem and after a few texts back and forth we settled on me picking a new fuel injector up which I did, and installing it myself, which I did, based on the owners word he would reimburse me ($105.99). Their web site advertises they have a 90-day warranty. Right now, it is going on 7 weeks with no reimbursement and continual promises the check is in the mail. But really the most pressing issue is the title to the machine. I still have not received that. I'm told one fault of mine is I trust people and work mostly off of handshakes. When I paid them cash for the machine the owner assured me he would have the title to me in a week or so because he had to file for a lost title. I have become increasingly concerned with their lack of attention to these 2 matters. I still after 7 weeks don't have a firm date when I can expect to receive the title and I have given up on the reimbursement promised and any 90-day warranty.

Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. Well, mostly my grandson because he gets to ride what I bought. It was a gift to him. But I was still a very happy customer! We just moved to Kentucky in February 2021. We live in Brownsville. The first week we were here, my grandson called all around to research who had what bikes. He said that he'd found what he wanted at Fun For All Motorsports in E-town. It was an hour away, but it was well worth the trip. My grandson went in first to verify the deal. I was a bit hobbled, so stayed in the car until he let me know all was well. He came out and notified me that he was going to the shop for them to show him some things about the bike, so I went in to pay. Lori, the owner, had already made my grandson feel right at home. She did the same with me. She and I chatted quite a while. My grandson came back into the showroom a bit later and was wearing a beautiful helmet that matched his bike. I asked him if he wanted that to be part of the purchase of his new bike? He replied, "No! Lori just gave it to me!" Call me skeptical. I asked her about it. I was sure it was just a current promotion: Buy a bike, get a helmet. But no, Lori said she really did just give it to him. She liked him and was excited for him, so it was a gift from her heart. Oh man - BIG goose bumps! That was an amazing thing for a business owner to do. You can be sure that if I ever need something else that she sells, I will be going back. What great customer service! Not sure what that meant, but it was very offputting as I was trying to enjoy my experience walking around the store.
