Oh, wow. Where to start? I wasn't greeted by anyone until I had been there for about 10 minutes. Then a salesperson looked over and said, "Which one you taking home?" and chuckled. After I said I was looking for a specific bike, he pointed to them and said, "they're over there." Then he sat at his desk and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to. read more

As a matter of fact I have had noth but excellent service from fitting my daughter for her first helmet to the first time I laid down my bike! especially Chris he take his time to explain things to me I don't understand and never makes me feel silly for asking a question. i will always come from KY to have my work done there and my next bike and my son's next will probably come from there too!!!! read more

You know, it's one thing to provide good service, and good value and be friendly and productive. But it's another thing to find someone who admits a mistake and goes out of their way to go above and beyond to make it right. Anybody can make a mistake, but it's how it is handled that shows the character. I experienced an issue with a recent service visit. I was personally offended and my trust and faith were broken. But the service department, staff, and everybody involved was quick to rebuild our relationship and go above and beyond to make it right. I am very grateful that this company is a member of my community, and that I am able to continue business with them. Finding a mechanic you can trust is almost as hard as finding a doctor you can trust. They are both in it for profit, so it is difficult to question the advice. They expertly answered all our questions and showed great concern to find out what we wanted to do to help us find the right bike for a perfect fit for my wife! On a side note, My 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere had a recall for a small item. I was in a hurry that day to get my bike in and was short on time due to other factors *life in general* and had left some wires for communication gear hanging loose. When I got the bike back at no cost to me, not only did they do a great job getting me in and out they very neatly fastened my loose wires very expertly! WOW! Above and beyond in all areas! The scooter along with lots of extras and parts cost under $2000. The service was excellent. The moment we walked in the door to pick up the bike she ordered, we were helped instantly. They were very helpful and answered all questions about the bike and how to drive it safely. They helped her pick out a helmet that fit comfortably. Now I would suggest bringing a truck of some sort if you are picking up a bike. They helped me hoist the bike into the bed of a truck I had borrowed and they even provided and set up the straps that would hold the bike upright for the ride home. Very bad service experience, during my 20hr initial service the following things were overlooked and done wrong. 1 They overfilled the crank case. 2 They left 1" of parts cleaner in the breather box. 3 They over used parts cleaner and damaged my air filter. 4 They did not reapply oil to the air filter. 5 They over adjusted the rear brake to where the brake light failed to operate. 6 My Kodiak came back with the front end out of alignment. This is the second time one of my ATV's has come back with oversights and I'm afraid it's the last. This is a shame because they are very conveniently located to my home and now I'm going to have to travel 45 minutes to have service work completed. The next major thing that needs to done is the valve clearance. If they can't complete a simple lube and filter how can I trust them with more complicated things. I will be purchasing a new Wolverine X4 in the fall from another dealer. read more
