I was surprised at the amount of time/effort that was put into helping me (I had never set foot in the shop befre). In the end, I was charged $2 for the screws I needed - obviously finding what I needed was an act of customer service vs making money. They serviced my non-Trek bike, and it rides like new again. The tune up service costs $75 and it was well worth it on my bike. They lube chains cables, and true your wheels, and brakes. Separate it would be much more than this. The staff also helped me in deciding what future bike I would need for what I wanted to do. They let me test ride a few of their bikes. Great overall experience. All of their prices are competitive especially when compared to REI.
