I could write a lot about Mariner's Landing, but, I'll keep it short…read more I have a boat that is being brokered by the Marina and after reading the other guy's review, I believe that he misunderstood the terms of the brokerage agreement or at least didn't understand them the way I do. There are no fees for storage during the summer when they are selling a boat for someone, but there are storage fees during the winter time when no one is looking for boats and/or the chances of actually selling one is almost nothing. Anyway, just my take on it. As far as the rest, I have a couple of boats and they have both received service at the marina and I have enjoyed my membership benefits, the wash bay, pool, picnic area and the burn pit are all the makings of a great experience

Alesia took note of our concerns about a broken locator transducer & rotten bunk rails. She ignored the issues but that didn't sway us from buying the boat since we drive 7 hours. When the new seats arrived in a completely different color & pattern, I emailed Alecia. With no response in a week, I called. She said they would not accept return of the incorrect seats and it was my problem. When I explained the trolling motor they said was in good working order had overheated & shorted out. She hung up on me. They all acted like a trustworthy family business but definitely don't care about their customers or conducting business in a reputable manner. Don't even consider going there. I am not looking for a warranty on my purchase, only to receive what was agreed upon prior to sale, MAYCHING FABRIC SEAT REPLACEMENTS $900 value. Aleica wouldn't accept a return complaining of return shipping costs and hanging up on me instead of working towards a resolution.

We used to go to Jeff Jones Marine and had nothing but issues, so I'm glad to finally find another shop that services (and now sells) SeaArk boats. The also sell Monterrey and Quest (maybe others, but that's what I've seen most of). Robby and Charlie are both great to work with. They also sell bait, including frozen skipjack. They are open year round, but the restaurant and bar on property are only open seasonally. The also have a launching ramp ($5 fee) that goes into Gunpowder Creek, which goes to the Ohio River.

If I could leave no stars, that's the rating I would leave. Today, they're saying that boat is sold, but they have another at a higher price - classic bait and switch. We are pre- approved and ready to buy, but they don't seem to want our business.
