They recommend contacting any listed registration office prior to arrival to determine if they are still registering watercrafts; especially in the Fall. (The office may be out of registration tags.) I called Sea Ray. The person who answered the phone was able to tell me everything I would need to register a kayak. A handful of small boat tags were still available, at the time of my visit. If visiting Sea Ray to exclusively register a boat, make sure to walk straight to the service desk. There they will be able to help with registration. A sign on the front door (September 2019,) reads that there are no boat registrations on Saturdays. Registration is simple. I provided the employee with the needed documentation, and they did the rest. There is a $3 charge for using a credit or debit card. This $3 charge is allowed by the state. If registering at a state agency, they will also charge the fee. If looking for a motorized boat, the showroom at Sea Ray is clean. Step stools are throughout the showroom, making it easier for customers to board the vessels. There were sale signs on many of the boats, granted my visit was at the end of the season. There is also a board with ads for used boats for sale. Near the door are various pamphlets about local waterways, and boat safety. Several pamphlets are geared towards children. If you and your children are new to boating, I highly suggest stopping here to pick up some of the pamphlets. The information is free.

They completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time and the fiberglass repair is top notch! There are no fees for storage during the summer when they are selling a boat for someone, but there are storage fees during the winter time when no one is looking for boats and/or the chances of actually selling one is almost nothing. Anyway, just my take on it. As far as the rest, I have a couple of boats and they have both received service at the marina and I have enjoyed my membership benefits, the wash bay, pool, picnic area and the burn pit are all the makings of a great experience

On the way to the park, our car started making a LOUD noise in the front end. It sounded BAD. Metal on metal. I dropped the family off at the park and called. Told them the whole story, including the part about being on vacation and picking them off Yelp. They said come on in and we'll look at the car. When I get there, we go for a test drive and the noise is just as loud. They give me a ride back to the park and say call in a couple hours. Here's where it gets good: when I call they say its fixed. They took the wheels off and couldn't find anything but a tin lining that was a little out of round. They bent it back in place. Come on and get the car, it's ready. Best of all, NO CHARGE. So, I'm on vacation, and this guy had me. I'm not the most mechanic guy in the world, and Dale knew it after talking to me. He still did the right thing. And he went out of his way to get my car back to me. It was unbelievable. And awesome. I'm seriously considering driving to Cincinnati to get my car worked on from now on (200 miles). Seriously. You should go to these guys. The absolute best.

We changed a 2010 Bennington from a pontoon that had splitting seats, carpet and was very beige to a beautiful grey and blue boat with vinyl flooring!! There is also a HUGE hole under the floor board carpet where I can see outside the ground. I called and spoke with a lady who answered the phone at the lot and she said oh well you purchased a care 'as is'. I chalked it up to that, well a week after that the car broke down while my son was still in Cincinnati. He was pretty much stranded and took car to a shop and had to replace the entire engine. During this time the temporary tags expired but still NO TITLE from Riverside. Local BMV had to call them and then they mailed it out. I decided to call Riverside and spoke with Dale & JIm and expressed my frustration over buying a car from their lot is such BAD shape. They told me to bring car in and they would look at it to fix sway bar / tie rod, but couldnt give me estimate on cost. I told them we are not from Cincinnati and how can I trust anything with the lot and Dale hung up on me. RUDE and poor service. If i could turn back time I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR from their or their lot. 4300 car has turned into 8000 . UPDATE... Just got title in the mail and they spelled the last name wrong...
