We brought our boat to Tech Nautic marine service last fall to have a new engine installed . Bill…read moreand his team of technicians did a great job. We recently picked our boat up and got it ready for the season. Bill made sure the engine was running and everything was perfect before we took our boat. If anyone needs any type of boat repair or marine engine service , I highly recommend Tech Nautic Marine Service.

My husband and I have only had to have work done on our boat once, thankfully, but were pleased…read morewith the results from Rick's. I can't remember the mechanic we spoke with, but he seemed to really know his stuff. Regardless our boat went from a sputter to a purr and we haven't had issues since and it's been several years. The location is also super convenient for us, given that it's near the Hidden Cove Marina on the Ohio River.

Strong word of advice....I would highly suggest doing business here.At first the owner seemed…read moregenuinely professional ad helpful. Prices seemed a bit high but now days everything is but if you are getting good service one can expect that. He made suggestions to work I needed done and even offered a discount for winter work to help keep his guys busy. Long story short he had my boat all winter, almost all summer and when it was finally finished tried to charge more than the set agreed price for less work. He got violent when I questioned this yelling and cussing and throwing papers in front of my 6 and 8 years old grandchildren. After all this I had issues with repairs which he charged me more for and then today had someone else call and inform me that he would not winterize my boat....probably because he had told me he would do any winter issues for half due to all of the delays. Plus he was still supposed to finish painting and change outdrive oil to check on his other work because he was worried about the problems he had. I'm talking thousands of dollars not just a couple hundred so I want others to be cautious.
