That was after the $75 off coupon I had. Said they drove it 20 miles and it was fixed. Within 30 days after the repair, I started smelling and seeing the burning oil again. I called to let them know and they told me to bring it back so they can look at it again. It wasn't terrible and I never had oil under my truck when parked. I did not take it back. Instead after a few months I took it to another independent auto care. They diagnosed the problem as a torn valve cover gasket and stated there were several bolts loose and one the was striped. They recommended I take it back to Parkway but I had this other auto care take care of it as I had lost faith in Parkway Automotive. The other auto care replaced the valve cover and vacuum seal. That cost was $785,11. Over $1,000 difference in price and more work done. It's unfortunate that they overcharged me so much and did such a poor job in the repair. I will never do business with them again and expect if they overcharged others and do poor repairs, they will lose a lot of business to other auto care businesses. Very disappointed and they should be ashamed.

However the owner was out of town and he worked with me so when he got back I can check the truck out and go from there. A very impressed with the selection he has he probably has at least 25 cars on his lot and they're all good quality cars at a great price. Well I drove the truck and I fell in love with it between me and him we worked on a price . One of the big things are very much impressed me is he still behind his word on a couple things he said he was going to do after I bought the truck. About it took it home drove it for about a week and brought it back to him for him to do a couple things to it. So for that he's a man of his word and I'm very much honor somebody like that. There is also a car lot across the street and there is also one to the left of him but if you read the reviews they do not have a great selection like he has or great customer service.

First, I will review the salesman: I will not purchase a car from him again. He was rude from the…read morestart. He was disrespectful to me and my Mom, who went with me. I never saw the car I was interested in. A ploy I assume to get me snagged into a more expensive vehicle. I negotiated new tires since the ones on it had little tread. He was irritated by this and decided to try and find another vehicle. He said he couldn't find another one and rudely asked me if I would purchase the car if he would add the the tires in the negotiation. I agreed. I was told to give it a week or two and service would call me to make an appointment. 2.5 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I called the salesman. He said he would look into it and call me back in the morning. I ended up having to call him that afternoon. This time he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. Again no return call. I waited until the following day before I called him again. I ended up having to call his manager. The manager was very helpful in getting the ball rolling. He was apologetic and in a few days I received a call from the salesman with an appointment with the service department and would have a loaner car for me as well. Which was great since I purchased a used car. He told me to pick up the keys to the loaner from him. He was nowhere to be found when I got there and nobody else knew what was going on. After about a half an hour another salesman showed up with the keys. When I went to pick up my car he again was nowhere to be found. It was another goose chase and another half an hour before I got my car. Now for the dealership review: the manager was great in resolving the problem. Because of the manager I would buy another car from them however as I said in the beginning I would not deal with that salesman.

When they discovered an additional issue right before they returned my vehicle, they did not charge for labor and even gave a discount on the part. The workers are always kind, patient, and explain issues thoroughly and carefully.
