Looked at a Jeep Wrangler was told it was a 2022 and they had a $1500.00 rebate. Offered me $800.00 for my 2003 civic. Called me told me that they wanted the Honda and to come back they would have another appraisal and give me more. Went back with the intention of getting the Jeep. When I arrived they told me they couldn't give me more for the civic. I said ok whatever. Then they told me that the $1500.00 rebate was only on 2022s and this is a 2023. Had made up my mind to take the Jeep wasn't worried about the rebate I WANT THE JEEP Handed them $20,000.00 cash. Filled out all the paperwork and a month later i got a email saying that I needed to return with the Jeep and sign a whole new contract. Totally changing the original contract. I told them NO Took the Jeep back today and got in my civic only to find out there was a problem with the clutch. The pedal is right on the floor. I've driven stick my intire life and I killed the motor like 4 times trying to back out of the parking space. I got out of my car in the middle of the parking lot walked inside and was told to talk to the service manager who informed me that they don't work on Hondas. Went to the sales manager who wanted to know what the problem was. I explained. He got in drove around the building pulled up and stated he got all the way to fourth gear. At that point I realized I was wasting my time and breath and got in my car and drove away STAY AWAY FROM jeff wyler Adding more info They told me to wait till the next day to get my car because they had to replace the battery and they didn't have one. A deer ran into my car, over the hood and damaged things under the hood 2 years ago. We have a LIFETIME warranty for powertrain. Numerous times it's broke down and been in the shop there. A few times they found nothing wrong and we still had to pay for the diagnostic time, even though they couldn't do so. We've had months at a time without my car. We've even taken it to 2 other places. We knew if they kept messing around and not fixing it the engine would finally blow. In May 2025 it went in once again, inoperable. Thankfully we have our lifetime warranty! Final result- could you see this coming? My engine is blown. Now the warranty company has decided that the lifetime warranty is not really lifetime. It's only until they are tired of paying for repairs. The decision was made that they will pay me what they believe my car is worth and cancel the contract. How nice of them. ************************************** Here is where Wyler comes in. They are charging me nearly 3 Thousand for repairs that did not repair my car. Oh and it gets better, the warranty company sent My check to Wyler who is holding it hostage until I pay them 3k!!!!! My car is sitting there with the engine out. They said the warranty company directed me to pay them first, then I can get the check. Jeff Wyler Jeep failed me by not properly diagnosing my jeep, and keep it months at a time many times. They failed, my engine blew, and they expect thousands from me, and no car in return. We would not be here if they would have handled this correctly. They made fatal mistakes, then charge me and I'm left without a car and my check held hostage. Currently I'm on hold with the warranty company, it's been 1 hr and 49 minutes. They make this insanity so that you give in and they win. Please share! All I want from them is to not charge me 3k for not fixing my car and failing me.
