After about 2 or 3 months post being fixed, the paint cracked. I then took it back for a second time for the cracked paint to be fixed. Once I picked it up the second time, the fixed area of paint was raised / had a bubble almost under the paint. Keep in mind this is a very small area on the side of my car that was done wrongly not once, but twice. After the second time, I called and spoke to the manager. He denied any issue with the quality of work that was given and requested photos to show the issue. He failed to contact me back and I went through my insurance regarding the issues with Woods. They have since been taken off Nation Wides list of shops they work through. I will include photos to show the lack of quality. Lastly, there is a complete lack of professionalism in there front office and with management.

We discussed what my goal was (paint and chip protection, and window tinting) and he happily went over the options available. Never once did he upsell me, and he made sure I knew exactly what to expect. After almost a week my car was ready. But the weather was pretty bad. He warned me that he might keep my car until the weather cleared if there was any chance it would adversely affect the work that was done. I really respected this, and I was happy to follow his recommendations. When I did pick up my car, I was thrilled. In the end I had gone with paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint. They contacted me later in the day to tell me they could not get the original fabric but would match it as best they could. When I saw it I was unable to tell the difference between the fronts and the original back seats. They had matched it almost perfectly. So once again, when I ripped the bolster of my driver's seat I visited them. The man was honest about what they could do. Since it was an airbag seat they could not replace the bolster strip but could only do a vinyl repair. However, the location of the rip and the skill of the worker make the fix almost perfect. Once again I was very happy. Did I tell you they got it in within a few days of my visit? Did I say it only took them an hour to have it done? Well, they did. If you need any upholstery work done on cars, boats, RVs, campers or anything, swing by and let them look. Chances are they will be able to make it like new and match any prices in town.
