After I said I was looking for a specific bike, he pointed to them and said, "they're over there." Then he sat at his desk and ignored me for about 20 minutes. I eventually asked him if we could talk about the bike I was looking for, and he said, "What do you want to talk about?" He seemed totally disinterested in the entire interaction. The lights in the dealership make it look old-fashioned, which makes sense given the fact that they have an incredible number of very old bikes, however, they make the new bikes in the showroom look grungy. The dealer looked dirty, as well, and very cramped. Overall, I would recommend finding a different dealer to offer your business to.

After an oversight on the winter maintenance and a request for a new battery, Evan was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the oversight and getting me back mowing. He was professional and put the "service" into Service Manager. Nick did the final fix and was knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure what that meant, but it was very offputting as I was trying to enjoy my experience walking around the store. I think employees should not be screaming over the intercom and yelling at other employees. I myself work in a professional work environment, and that behavior would not be tolerated.

I told them I was just going too pick it up and take it somewhere else and they hung up phone on me ... so when I picked it up I was told their technician just got back to the shop to work on stuff and they had a rack available for them to work on it .. already got lied to enough by them so I loaded it up and left .. so it's correct when when everyone tells you if you don't buy from them they won't work on it

Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.

I tried to buy a 2025 General 1000 4 Sport, the price was confusingly higher than msrp and understanding why was like pulling teeth. I wanted to buy it, buti didn't want that particular roof, windshield or rear window, so they try and force sale of accessories on a customer that has no interest in those specific parts. I wanted Polaris OE side and rear view mirrors, rock sliders and front and rear bumpers, not the windshield, rear window and roof. Lastly, the vehicle was outside in the elements, poor quality pics showing it covered in snow. I bought one yesterday, from another dealer, configured how I wanted and unit was clean and looked brand new because it was inside in a showroom. This was a significantly below average experience. I definitely won't recommend this place.

I am planning on buying a 4 seat rzr but it will definitely not be from them!!! Try to call their service department and see for yourself, they will not and do not answer their phones!!!
