After an oversight on the winter maintenance and a request for a new battery, Evan was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the oversight and getting me back mowing. He was professional and put the "service" into Service Manager. Nick did the final fix and was knowledgeable and efficient. Props to him for taking all of my questions and fully explaining what he was doing. The minus one was for the oversight, but Evan and Nick earned five stars for their efforts. Thank you.

Not sure what that meant, but it was very offputting as I was trying to enjoy my experience walking around the store. I think employees should not be screaming over the intercom and yelling at other employees. I myself work in a professional work environment, and that behavior would not be tolerated.

I will never be back in this shop had an appointment 3 weeks ago to have quad worked on .... called…read moreweek after it was dropped off was told it would be on rack the following Tuesday... 9 days later called back to see what they found and if it was ready and was told they never started on it .. said they was backed up took then a week to change a motor on one .. I told them I was just going too pick it up and take it somewhere else and they hung up phone on me ... so when I picked it up I was told their technician just got back to the shop to work on stuff and they had a rack available for them to work on it .. already got lied to enough by them so I loaded it up and left .. so it's correct when when everyone tells you if you don't buy from them they won't work on it

Tested a Zero Motorcycle. Went with another dealer because prices were way better than anything…read morethey offered. I politely told them I was buying from another dealer. They said they would not work on my Zero, despite being an authorized zero dealer and service provider. That they only work on Zeros they sell. They did this through text so I made sure to report them to Zero corp. Stay away from this scummy dealership. Extremely unprofessional.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ!!!!! So a few weeks out i had a…read morerundown service with the owner. First off it took forever to get response back from him, about status about the motorcycle. Now this is my experience and a mistake i did, I really hope you don't do the same mistakei did. Please if you have him service your motorcycle, when picking it up please look to be sure everything looks alright to you. Bc I didn't and now i have a f up screw in my clutch handle. I can easily fix this by getting a new screw. But my deal with him was that he should have told me about his mistake working on the motorcycle, but he didn't also he charged me for service to the clutch which he didn't fix. So to keep it short, he is not a man of his word. He twists his words. He is not responsive. And there is no sincerity to his services, let not forget he is pricey. I will NOT RECOMMEND HIM FOR SERVICES. Bc little things matters. And If You do receive his services, please be sure to look around your motorcycle for anything that wasn't there before your dropped of the motorcycle, bc he will f up something and don't let you know till you later find out. That would be late to argue with him.
