The display began to dim and finally, after a few years and various DIY hacks, went dark; 2. 6-disc CD player locked up and ate 5 of 6 discs - just to keep me annoyed, the mechanism would whir when I started and shut off my 2007 Fusion! Surfed net and the best replacement found was $145+. Kept surfing and checked a salvage site. Perfect outlier site because Art's Parts was listing a similar radio ( Ford made many with similar specifications, yet performance seems to depend on WHERE IT WAS ASSEMBLED --- JALISCO MEXICO = BAD! ). Called and emailed Art's, spoke/emailed with Mike on Friday, scoped location Friday ~11 PM ( About five miles apart ). Monday when opened at 8:30 AM, out of my car and entering Art's. Had good conversation, radio was quickly brought out, the fellas at Art's allowed me to install the radio to ensure compatibility, went back in to pay and I was off. Between Friday phone and email communications to Monday AM face to face interactions, I had an excellent, professional, helpful and positive experience. I highly recommend the gang at Art's and wish your experience to be as successful as mine. FYI: Have cars for sale next door.

After waiting 30 minutes without hearing from them, I called again. Waited another 45 minutes without a phone call from the driver. I'd still be sitting there if I wasn't so impatient. Not sure how their other services size up but when it comes to their towing service, I wouldn't bother. I think I'll stick with Sandy's Towing. I wasn't going to give them any stars but had to so I could post. That type of service doesn't deserve any stars.

My husband was lied to about what parts would be put on the motor and cheap parts were put on it in placement of summit high performance parts that were paid for! He paid 5000$ for a 2300$ (that he picked up) motor that he could have done himself but choose this company because of the incorrect lying reputation they really have! It also took 5 months to complete the motor after asking month after month if it was complete! And in the remaining days when he was to pick up the finished motor he was told he owed nothing left on the balance for the motor and then he got the call to come pick it up he got the old BAIT AND SWITCH FOR WHICH THE COMPANY REFUSED TO GIVE HIM WRITTEN PROOF OF WHAT HE PAID FOR! The list of parts and where they came from (summit or liberty) big difference between the 2 and what warranty was being offered on the motor and parts that he specifically requested to be put In the motor! In my opinion someone refuses to put things in writing there is a reason (no contract no word) and it ain't good! Do not go on word alone bc that doesn't count when there's a problem! The accessory was the lift on the back of his truck for his scooter...installed by a contractor for the VA. I went in afterwards to talk to the manager and inquire why.
