That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).

"The Invoice didn't allow for such an entity", but it did have room for 18 NECESSARY suggestions of repair and 17 additional minor needs; items like car needs an oil change, hello a brand new Oil change was done 600 miles ago, or to clean my battery terminals or to replace the rear dried wiper, the thread depth in brand new tires, etc.... listed way down on page 2, Rear wheel bearing $1500 THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR. I asked, what are your Labor Fees? Well this job called for what I had to calculate to the nice bookkeeper on the phone who couldn't or refused do the math, as I explained it to her three times, anyway it was $207+ labor per hour fee. Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi doesn't charge that much in central Ohio no less NY. The calculation of hours was also interesting, how do you configured 2.01 hours? What is that 2 hours and 2 or 3 minutes, point is added FLUFF to support and confuse the customer. Murphy's took advantage of a out of state customer who's sons go to the local University. (ironically I'd like to say this is my first review of service of any kind, due to the fact I feel People need to earn a living and deserve a second chance, but not this place). The job was done its fixed, its not as difficult repair. Nationally said to take 45 mins and possibly be $850, ok not every job is the same, I get it, but why not express such difficulties. Why not get a little annoyed or bothered when you are being told that I will be filing complaints to the BBB. BBB, Carfax and Kelly's Blue book will be having reports filed against Murphy's of Centerville Ohio, as well as the University chat line(s) where by Parents share needs to assist their children from afar. I used the website to make an appointment for 4 tires and alignment and see the range of tires that were in stock at the location. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, I was not greeted by the two people in the lobby. I said I had an appointment. It was clear the person who was the one helping didn't bother to look at the appointment and asked what I needed and then how many tires, roadside warranty, etc. I asked how much the warranty was in addition to the tires. He responded he wouldn't know until the paperwork printed. I said I wanted a specific tire that I saw in the website. He glibly said it didn't work that way, this is the only tire that was available today and that the car would not be aligned because that tech had gone home for the day - though this appointment specifically reserved that service along with the tires. The sales person's response? Go elsewhere or make an appointment to come back. The total for the incomplete job - $900 for a 14 year old Toyota Yaris. With safety and the need for transportation coupled with not having to take off work, I am reluctantly getting this done. I asked about the alignment and should I drive, and he looked me in the eye and said, "we don't recommend it." This sales rep was so condescending and rude on top of making a huge ass money grab commission. The road hazard insurance has been nice for myself and my daughters, their father died in 2021. This experience has been horrible. The disrespect and the dishonesty about what tires were available etc. was blatant. Also, the Sugarcreek OH location is in a very busy area, and I was the only customer. I will definitely think through being tied to Tire Discounter again, and recommend everyone steer clear of the Sugarcreek OH location.

I loved that I got an estimate online for the tires and they matched it at the store I chose to go to. The value for what you are purchasing is worth it. I got great tires. I chose Pirelli all season tires. Loved that I can also get free tire rotation now. I definitely recommend them.

Took me in without appointment and very quickly repaired a tire. Great guys. I went back recently for new tires. They did their best with my old dry rots. But they also repair just about anything. I bonded with most of the guys here because we were all truck drivers in the army. They always think its cool since I am a girl. Even without that fact they were always nice and never tried to get me to fix something that didn't need it. One time I came in and said "Jack, its leaking oil but I don't have any money yet, please don't let it cost too much". When I picked it up he said "I fixed the leak for now, just keep it topped off, but if you don't get a new tire you are going to die". How's that for honesty? My truck sucked and I was there often. They would drive me home, to work, or just give me one of their personal cars to drive. Jack let me haggle a little bit over cost, and would offer me a shot or a beer from his secret stash in the back to soften the blow. Once, after I practically dropped my paycheck to fix my ride he threw in a 6-pack of tall boys. That is service my friends. When I told them I was moving to Cali in my heap they were worried and checked it out for me. They did "just enough" work on it so I could make it there but told me to ditch the thing once I made it. I got to Cali with no problems. I only wish I had sold it sooner - it broke down within a few months and cost $700 just so I could then trade it in. Oh well. I had one tire going flat and one tire replaced by my spare…read more So 1 I have a spare replacement on... the other took 10 minutes to repair at home after this horrid interaction. Staff member kept accusing me of insinuating they were trying to scam me (I never claimed this so found it odd and I'm an extremely non-confrontational person). They wouldn't honor my warranty, showed me written word saying my tires were 90% worn down (false). The warranty covers the tires based on the tread depth. My father is a an amazing handy man and has worked on cars for years.. and I have eyes. I purchased the recommended warranty with intent to use it. They told me that the work they could do would be all tires replaced well above my $600 previous purchase for all 4 tires... they quoted me $810. Decide for yourself by looking at the photos and tell me that the tires were too worn down to be deemed replaceable/repairable and that four new tires are necessary... I excuse myself for a second to make a phone call and the staff member was really unprofessional talking to me while I was on the phone with my elder family member... Take your business elsewhere haha. I feel mislead about purchasing a warranty and now mislead about the capacity left in these at least decent tires (I haven't gone half of the recommended mileage for them). I'm now working with someone from the warranty company and have reported them to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle Repair for fraudulent behavior.
