He broke my vacuum lines, and screwed up the firing order...and only did one of the valve cover gaskets. I took the truck to the guys at Redline Motoworks and gave them all the information, to include the work that I had done over the 10 years of ownership...it's a 30 year old truck. They not only repaired the vacuum leaks, but the completed the valve cover gasket job, fixed the firing order issue, and re-timed the old 302. Now it runs better than it has in a long time...good enough that I would have no problems driving it across country again. This will now be the place I take my vehicle for work that I am physically unable to perform on my own. I don't trust anyone but myself to do the job properly...and they proved that they will do the job right the first time. With this job out of the way, I can continue the process of restoring the old truck back to rights.
