Staff member kept accusing me of insinuating they were trying to scam me (I never claimed this so found it odd and I'm an extremely non-confrontational person). They wouldn't honor my warranty, showed me written word saying my tires were 90% worn down (false). The warranty covers the tires based on the tread depth. My father is a an amazing handy man and has worked on cars for years.. and I have eyes. I purchased the recommended warranty with intent to use it. They told me that the work they could do would be all tires replaced well above my $600 previous purchase for all 4 tires... they quoted me $810. Decide for yourself by looking at the photos and tell me that the tires were too worn down to be deemed replaceable/repairable and that four new tires are necessary... I excuse myself for a second to make a phone call and the staff member was really unprofessional talking to me while I was on the phone with my elder family member... Take your business elsewhere haha. I feel mislead about purchasing a warranty and now mislead about the capacity left in these at least decent tires (I haven't gone half of the recommended mileage for them). I'm now working with someone from the warranty company and have reported them to the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicle Repair for fraudulent behavior.

I thought it was because I had older tires on my car still, so then needed to get new tires so I went back and after the install my tire balance was way off. Causing my vehicle to vibrate at high rates of speed just by simply driving on the highway at 65-70, so I took my vehicle back the next day. Expressed my concerns and thought it was addressed. It was improved after they rebalanced the tires. However my vehicle is still off with the balance and alignment. I had to drive out of town for work, and I don't know that I want to come back because after three times are you going to get it correct? I shouldn't have to come back twice let alone three times, and neither should anyone else. Absolutely unacceptable. Improvement or not it's still not correct. Mind you my car was checked by technicians at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle so I know the original problem was the alignment and balance. Before I brought it back for the tire purchase and "re-alignment." $500.00 and still not correct.

That's a lot of time. Please don't trust your car to one of the chains. The price tag and "quick turn around" might seem great, but I promise you, you will end up getting burned. Our cars run so well (one of them is going on 19 years in 2026! Crazy!), and I know the whole staff at Centerville is always looking out for our family and not upselling every five seconds. And honestly, the turn around has always blown my mind at CSC. This parking lot is ALWAYS full, and our cars are ALWAYS ready on time (We call ahead for appointments. I recommend doing the same).

But they also repair just about anything. I bonded with most of the guys here because we were all truck drivers in the army. They always think its cool since I am a girl. Even without that fact they were always nice and never tried to get me to fix something that didn't need it. One time I came in and said "Jack, its leaking oil but I don't have any money yet, please don't let it cost too much". When I picked it up he said "I fixed the leak for now, just keep it topped off, but if you don't get a new tire you are going to die". How's that for honesty? My truck sucked and I was there often. They would drive me home, to work, or just give me one of their personal cars to drive. Jack let me haggle a little bit over cost, and would offer me a shot or a beer from his secret stash in the back to soften the blow. Once, after I practically dropped my paycheck to fix my ride he threw in a 6-pack of tall boys. That is service my friends. When I told them I was moving to Cali in my heap they were worried and checked it out for me. They did "just enough" work on it so I could make it there but told me to ditch the thing once I made it. I got to Cali with no problems. I only wish I had sold it sooner - it broke down within a few months and cost $700 just so I could then trade it in. Oh well.
