I explained I was stranded in Trenton with not much money on hand and no one to call for help and If it wasn't for them and the man I was referred to, I would most likely still be stranded at the gas station in the pitch dark, and now the rain!!! The woman working at the counter came outside with me to check the headlight, and asked me to pop my hood. She opened up the headlight area and pulled the bulb out, walking me through every step, and even showed me the correct number on the bulb itself for their stock. After she found the right set of bulbs for me, I purchased them and she could see from my facial expression and questions that I had no idea how to change my own headlights. She came back outside with me and changed one headlight, while talking me through how to change the other on my own. I learned a lot from this amazing woman and she was very patient and helpful throughout the whole experience. In all- it took all of 7 minutes. In those 7 minutes, I gained knowledge and confidence. I'm just bummed I didn't get her name, because she was amazing!!!!

Fast forward to Aug of 24 and the battery tested by Autozone in Middletown OH is dead. They of course will not warranty it beacuse the dealer in Milford OH has to be the ones to bring it in to exchange. So now I have to drive 70+ miles round trip to see if the dealer can take it and exchange it wasting a lot of my time and causing more frustration. If a new battery wasn't $275 I would just get it over and buy a new one but why in the world would a battery be bad in under 2 years?
