The guy who helped us was incredibly friendly and patient, which made the whole experience even better. And this is definitely not one of those places where you just play the same type of game over and over. They have different challenges, mechanics, and ways to play that keep things interesting, competitive, and way more entertaining. The prices are very reasonable considering all the different options they offer. Their party packages are also surprisingly affordable, so this would be a great place for birthdays, family gatherings, or just getting a group of friends together. They even offer equipment rentals for private parties, which is a really nice option. They also have snacks and drinks, so you can hang out, play, and stay awhile without having to leave. And because I know someone out there is wondering... yes, I checked the bathroom. It was clean! That always earns extra points from me. Great service, great prices, lots of variety, and a genuinely fun atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! PS Lucas, your are the best!

I've been here recently now for 2 shows that I would call nontraditional, but man, they were great shows, and I had such a blast. The layout of the theater is great. I was on the 1st level for one show and on the 2nd level for the 2nd one. Despite being on the 2nd level, it still gave a personal feel and kept us engaged. If you don't like heights, make sure to arrive early to get in the lower level, as once you're on the upper level, it does go shallow & up. Getting cocktails from the bar downstairs typically has a long line, but if you go upstairs, there's usually another make-shift bar to help offset it. I didn't take advantage of any parking, as I used a ride service to the venue, as I just wanted to get dropped off at the door. It's hit or miss with parking, especially if there is something going on at the arena (basketball, concert, baseball game, etc...) Looking forward to the next event.

My board is already put together, but you have to sand, customize how distressed you wanted the wood to be, stain, customize & paint how you like it. The employees will help you put on the way to hang the board on the back too! If your looking for some therapy- the 3 minutes of distressing your wood with heavy tools is quite nice! Get some stress out! Lol. They have about 5-6 people per table and there are employees there to help you every step of the way. Raegan & Jess helped me the most and they were super nice and helpful! There is tons of wood decor on the walls if you need ideas for your creatively and they supply everything you need for your custom sign. They also play music videos & music while you are working on your project so it's fun and not just silent. My project was $65- today I got a promo code to return and get a discount on my next visit. I will definitely come back and bring some family members with me next time- my project time was 10am-1pm but I got done at 12pm so only took less than 2 hours- depends how detailed your sign is and how long you want to keep perfecting it. Arrived a little after 7 pm, pleasantly greeted by security and the door crew, quickly stopped by the kitchen to order Soul food: fried snapper with two slices of bread, hot sauce, a side of fries, seasoned greens and Mac & cheese. The fish was dry-crispy on the outside, tendered on the inside, fries were lightly seasoned and crisp; the greens were delicious as was the Mac & cheese, crisp on top and tenderly cheesy inside! The patrons were mature, friendly and respectful! The inside music had a good selection of dance music. The outside patio area was well lite, two large mister fans, and ample seating when you arrive before band sets up. The musicians are incredibly talented with outstanding vocals, rhythm, pizazz, class and swagger! The only down side to the entire experience was the strong presence of smoke! I am not a smoker and it was extremely unfortunate to have my experience overwhelmed with the amount of smoke that I had to immediately clean my clothes and self upon getting home. I felt like I was at an establishment pre-non-smoking laws. There should be a designated area in the furthest corner of the parking that has secretion fans to eliminate the smoke scent. This is my only reluctance to re-visit for any live outdoor entertainment here. Otherwise, I enjoyed my visit thoroughly!
