Went here for a birthday party. It's a really cool place and the staff was nice & attentive. They served barros pizza as part of the birthday package which I thought was cool because usually pizza as these places is gross lol the setup is cool and it was just an overall great time. read more

this pc cafe is always clean and I think recently they got new keyboards and headphones for some of the rows! the first time I went the ventilation wasn't the best but it's gotten better since. I do wish the hours saved for longer there. read more

Visited this establishment with my two kids (11,8) just for an hour to check it out and they both loved it. Taking back my son with a friend soon. I am not much of a gamer so having comfortable seating to wait for them to play is always a welcome sight. Staff was great and answered any questions I had. Highly recommended place. read more

We have been twice now to this amazing gaming spot. We had a great time both times. There are tons of computers and multiple Xboxes for your gaming pleasure. My nephew is already begging to participate in one of their monthly youth lockins. read more

Got a chance to come in prior to the GRAND opening and as a gamer, myself, I had my reservations about whether or not I could see myself paying to play games that I can just play alone at home. After going to the "arena" (nod to Dr. Disrespect, I assume LOL) I can see myself coming back. What an awesome place with a really engaging atmosphere and a truly excited family owned atmosphere. It's interesting how such a solitary thing like video games are SO MUCH MORE FUN with other people playing around you. I'll definitely be back, OFTEN! Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait to see some of the events you plan on running and those exciting Esports tournaments! read more

This place is awesome! My boyfriend and I went today and it was a very clean, sleek place. Not much light which is perfect for gaming! You can log into your Xbox or PS4 accounts or pretty much anything. The owner Dan was beyond helpful and amazing. We picked the computers that weren't turned on and he had no problem firing them up. He helped us log in, walked us through all the games and options, and even helped us get into commutation with our friends! We had such a wonderful time today. We will definitely be going back for some nerdy fun! read more

It's cool place to run into and meet people you probably never would be otherwise who likely play the same stuff as you. There's snacks for purchase inside, a subway in the other part of the building, a convenient store that has everything on the other side.. so really there is everything you could ever need. The lighting on the inside is cool, and the computers run everything, are in good condition. The only downside I ever ran into was that sometimes you need to hunt around for a working headset, but other than that . 10/10

Genuinely just not a space for anything besides casual gameplay, the first thing I noticed…read moreimmediately were these plastic bumpers between each desk. Understandably they're there to keep everyone within their designated ~42 inch square but realistically there's no way to aim here, you will absolutely smack your mouse into the bumper if your normal sens exceeds 15cm/180. That math might sound kinda funky but they have a full 100% keyboard with a numpad, so you lose all that space in practice unless you curl up in a wildly unnatural position and rest the keyboard on the plastic bumpers but nothing I did even remotely made this place comfortable. It's as if they've never had anyone play a shooter here, or everyone who ever has had an eDPi of 12000 or higher. They aren't really equipped for MMOs either, every mouse in sight was a Razer Deathadder Essential, no Nagas or Scimitars or even a knockoff 12 button, so unless you're clicking your buttons or reaching to the = key naturally on a full sized keyboard you're crippled. I picked up a 5 hour session off the rip because my buddies in town and I only have one PC in my place, I couldn't even survive 30 minutes here before just giving up and deciding to watch him play, but even a guy who never gets to play, who really wants to play, couldn't survive more than an hour and a half of his five hours. Side note, we pushed in our chair to make space to walk through the aisle and the light rattle of the desk sent a PC for a whole bootloop back to BIOS. If you aren't desperate it's something, but don't come here for Overwatch or Valorant or CSGO or really any shooter.

Have been harassed online And in places I visit. Well I went here to update some games 4 I think small updates tho took 2 hours. they kept pausing or throttling my speed to where my updates would keep freezing so took forever. Now the real issue as I said I'm harassed by some people my neighbor is one of them well he was there when I arrived he obviously knew the guy working the front desk As they were joking around. Well 2 mins after I sit down my neighbor rages and yells and throws tantrums about aimbot hackers, I didn't pay to hear a manchild But the worker didn't quite him no he joined in encouraging the man. Then my neighbor starts talking about mental illness and he basically was mocking my mental illnesses as he named all my diagnosis and the worker again joined in encouraging my neighbor so I paid for 2 hours of slow internet slower than broadband just to here the worker and my neighbor mock me for haveling mental illness. they state on there site safe and fun place to play well that wasn't fun or safe. My roommate was with me and she was very uncomfortable due to the customer rageing very loudly. but due to the worker and my neighbor spilling my personal info for everyone to hear I will be contacting FTC and BBB not t to mention the police as it was harassment and involved very personal information that they shouldn't even have. But the worker also knew this info so sadly your worker just got your company involve. read more

Was very uncomfortable due to a man yelling and throwing a fit the whole time we were there the worker wasn't stopping the gentleman no he encouraged him and joined in. Will not return very unprofessional of the worker to allow such behavior. read more
