Computer repair.

I emailed and spoke with Chris about an issue I was having with my late 2016 Apple MacBook Pro. I was referred to him by the Apple rep at Best Buy. After a few minutes of troubleshooting my issue he gave me confidence that my computer was in good working order and explained a little about the issue. I was relieved and happy that it was a non issue. Great service, Chris is a patient honest professional expert in MacBooks! If you have an issue, with your Apple products he can fix most anything. Mahalo Chris!

He gave a realistic assessment of cost to fix versus value of the item and gave an honest recommendation. 5 stars. Rain or shine Richard is always in. During the crazy 2 weeks of rain, my son's computer stopped working. Richard was still working helping businesses with their network failures through the storm. Always good to call ahead and he can work out time to meet if necessary. Reasonable pricing for both labor and parts. Easy to understand explanation. My son's laptop is an ASUS Vivobook 14, model number X1404V. He claims it isn't charging despite it being plugged into the laptop charger. He's tried at different outlets. We tried getting a replacement charging cord and that didn't work, so it's for sure something with the computer itself. We spoke to Yoda at Gadget Guyz about the issue and he let us know it will require bench work and gave a referral to Easy Computer. Dropped off on Tuesday for diagnosis. Results of diagnosis on Thursday. Richard confirmed that there was at least one bad component in the motherboard, so it would require a full motherboard replacement. A motherboard replacement would require dismantling the entire computer and replacing it and putting it completely back together. For a motherboard replacement they are not done in-house, they are sent out to New York. Parts alone would be nearly the cost of the computer brand new. Labor and to send out would double it. Picked up Friday. Richard gave a good recommendation on next steps. Consider if it was still covered under warranty, where I purchased it, what would be covered. He was very sweet to work with.

Husband's phone needed help. Took it to Easy Computer and Richard fixed it quickly and at a fair…read moreprice. Was ready when he quoted. I used this company a few years ago. Obviously I trust and appreciate the great service. Have referred to my friends. Great location and easy parking too.
