I came here yesterday for a quick wash while running errands during the day. Cyber Express Wash is located on the corner of Denali and Calais (33rd Ave) in the old Johnson's Tire & Auto Service behind Century Cinemas. The Disneyland-like ride for your car wash runs on a conveyor belt at the rear of the building where there is an option to drive straight to get your car cleaned thoroughly by a team of detailers or turn right to pull up to a car vacuum station and do the work yourself. Three different memberships are available for customers: the Iridium for $49/month which includes unlimited car washes with high pressure blast, ceramic coating, and deep gloss top coat added to the package (this is the one I currently have). The Palladium for $59/month which is everything from the Iridium Plan plus graphene coating and tire shine, and the Unobtanium which is normally at $120/month but is currently offered at $99/month. This is basically everything from the previously mentioned plans to include unlimited express interior detail. The employees here are friendly and work really hard especially in the detailing area. There are no appointments necessary for a detailing, just simply drive up after washing your car. If you don't have the Unobtanium package, you would pay an additional $30.00 at a separate cashier station set up at the detailing area. The detailing itself doesn't take too long, about 20 or 30 minutes at the most. This was the standard wait time for me whenever I opt for this service. There is a lounge area with chairs and a sofa for customers to wait and relax while watching TV or passing the time using your cell. You can also watch the detailers work on your car as it moves slowly on a conveyor belt. It's very hard work with the fast pace and the variety of vehicles coming through. Don't forget to tip the detailers if you can. A tip jar is set up at a table by the end of the conveyor belt on your way out. My only issue with the carwash is the lack of coordination on directing cars into the carwash when there are three separate lines at the pay stations during the really busy times. Drivers are not sure who goes into the carwash first after paying and there are customers moving in aggressively to get lined up resulting in near-collisions. Better communication by the employees manning the pay stations and signaling drivers to proceed or stop would be a great help to fix that. Aside from that, this is a great place to get your car cleaned without having to wait too long. A second location is being planned between 5th and 6th Ave downtown across from the Swickard Anchorage car dealership and the Kindred Spirits coffee hut which would help ease the congestion at this location. read more

The front-of-house experience, where customers check in, has been consistently frustrating because of staff knowledge gaps and, at times, outright rudeness. The regular adult detailing staff, on the other hand, have been great. Unfortunately, some of the teenage employees they hire have shown many of the same problems I've experienced at check-in, particularly with professionalism and customer service. I've also tried to cancel my membership three separate times and was still charged again. This business feels like a shiny new toy/hobby for someone, and they're not sure yet if they want to grow into a well-run, professional company. At this price point, I expected much better. There are better options in town for significantly less money. read more

Like all carwash places: the hustling is hard. They really want you to get a membership so that you can forget to cancel it and give them a steady stream of revenue. So much so, that there are "helpers" for the automated payment system whose main job is to sell you on a membership. Now, having said all that, the carwashes here are pretty good! It's less stressful than some of the other places that have intricate instructions on when to put your car in neutral and when to not. I also like that they have big, ergonomic, indoor vacuum stations right after the car wash section! read more

Amazing! I have been telling all my friends about this place! I saw previous reviews on spots missed but this is an EXPRESS car detailing. Well worth it! I have dogs and my interior was filthy BEFORE, so of course some spots were missed. But I touched it up when I got home and it literally saved me HOURS. They literally steam clean your car mats!! I was really pleased with this facility. The staff were so nice, and it was fast! I'll absolutely be coming back! read more

Wash is ok and the dry capability is nice in the winter if you'd dont have a garage however I have 2 chipped paint areas on both right wheel wells now. Additionally and most frustrating is I have been trying to canx my membership for 2 vehicles for 3 months and they keep charging, I am up to $543 for 7 car washes.... read more

Wow this place is beautiful. I still can't wrap my head around why my small hometown needs multiple, state of the art car washes...but I'm here for it. Prepare for Cyber Express to eat up their competition as temps continue to drop. Their building is so large everything is indoors including vacuums. They even have a cushy waiting area near their state of the art detailing section. We had an all access pass to their "Cyber after dark," Halloween event. It included a car wash, trunk or treat, children's games, and a haunted house. The cost was steep, but it was for a great cause (local school sports). We would definitely return for another community event, but we unfortunately have a wash membership with another competitor. read more

Listen! I don't know if you're anything like me but getting the interior of my car cleaned is a challenge and in Alaska it's a next level challenge! This place does an amazing job cleaning/vacuuming/wiping down the inside of your car and even shampooing your floor mats. As if you needed anything else they also have indoor vacuuming for those that want to go hands on with it and avoid the cold weather outside. They also have an indoor lounge area where you can chill, grab a free coffee & wait for your car to be done. This is value & service with a smile. They're friendly, helpful and willing to get the elbow grease going for your car. The place is clean and orderly. I'm hooked! read more

SO happy! Near the airport, super quick and kind people who helped us move our luggage from our van. We were scrambling for a good, quick and affordable place to wash and clean the car before returning and we were so happy with the results. read more

Everyone was super friendly, the wash and express detail process was quick and exactly what I needed! Highly recommend!

Quick and well organized. People are very friendly and helpful. It's a great value if you become monthly members. read more

Indoor vacuums is amazing. Cleanest wash for the cheapest price in town. Really enjoyed the service read more

In February of 2026 I used the Cyber Wash in mid town Anchorage for the first time. The moving floor ended up pushing me into a stopped truck and the end of the moving floor. Causing damage to the front bumper of my truck. Cyber wash has refused requests from my insurance company as to who they are insured by. My insurance company finally sent the bill to collections, to which cyber wash is ignoring the collections notices. Cyber wash is a horrible company to deal with if anything goes wrong, in their wash be prepared to never get your deductible back from insurance for the repairs. read more

Friendly staff. Great job on the 4runner. There's a nice monthly discount for Ak Club members. Indoor vacuums and soft towels are great. Unlimited means as many times a day I want. They've convinced me to cancel my Laser Wash subscription. I'll miss the 24-7 option but the hours are good enough here. I'm getting too old to be out after 9 anyway. read more

Best car wash/mini detail in Anchorage! Usually no line. I get the monthly subscription.

This place is awesome! The best car wash I ever received. Put your car in neutral on the tracks and the cyber wash does the rest. The vacuums actually work and the suction point is more narrow for easier access to nooks and crannies. The indoor detail/vacuum zone will be much appreciated by Alaskans during the winter. read more

For $60 you would think they would vacuum the trunk, but nope, didn't even open it. And the sales people out front posing as "helpers" (because apparently they think their customers cannot figure out a basic touchscreen) are really there to try and sell you a monthly subscription. I really had high hopes but no thank you. read more

Alaska Cyber Express Wash is by far the best car wash in Anchorage. The exterior wash is significantly better than any other drive-through car wash I've tried. The only option for interior cleaning at most drive-throughs is to pay extra for a cumbersome outdoor vacuum after the wash. Cyber Express has indoor vacuums. However, my car usually needs more than just vacuuming. Cyber Express Wash also is the only place in Anchorage I've found that offers express detailing for vehicle interiors. Their service is amazingly fast, efficient, and thorough. They ran my floor mats through an automated cleaner, which was far superior to just vacuuming. They also did a great job cleaning the interior and windows. I was thoroughly pleased, and the price was very affordable. I wouldn't get my car washed anywhere else. read more

Brand new facility with really nice, friendly workers. We were lucky to get the promo package - the indoor wash and express detail/vaccuum area are going to come in clutch during the winter! Just wish they had a sprayer for the undercarriage. read more

Amazing concept and the outside of my car looked beautiful. I think the cost for a full interior detail could have been better as far as really wiping the dash and cup holders down - those were forgotten. Completely drying the floor mats would have been nice as well. I'll be back and will suggest these details in person hoping for a bit more. Thanks again. read more

I was excited to try the fancy Graphene coating wash, but I wasn't impressed; the lackluster job didn't even clean most of the rear of my vehicle. read more

The staff were personable, fast, and thorough. In our Alaskan Winterland, who wants to go and vacuum their car on a cold snowy day? You can opt for the full wash and detail for $60! You can also wash and pull into their clean, beautiful Inside vacuum bays to do the job yourself. read more

been to Laser wash many times with no problems. One wash here broke a light on my 2025 outback and all Ryan offered was free washes. Zero stars read more

Good coverage on the car wash, even with a canopy, roof rack and some other accessories on the truck, it didn't knock anything out of place and is much more effective than the 'touch-less' car washes that are so common around Anchorage. The vacuums are strong and the facility is bright, clean, and inviting. I found my new regular car wash - the detailing team is thorough, and they have a convenient location. read more

I always love a clean car regardless of the time of year. I love the pampering style of service. My car smells clean looks clean and with that 10 minute detail, is clean. I don't use detail all the time because I'm the only one that drives my car, so it last for weeks before I need to do it again, but I wash my car regularly. They are top of the line and did I mention indoor vacuuming for those that like the DIY aspect. Very impressed with the facility. Employees were helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.
