Every now and then I have run into one that isn't super friendly at the beginning but the moment I engaged and take a moment to ask how they are doing, it turned the whole interaction around! I stop in here a few times a month on my way to work or afterwards and never have any problems or gripes. When a line gets to have more than a couple people, someone else always quickly opens up another line to assist those waiting.
