I stop in here a few times a month on my way to work or afterwards and never have any problems or gripes. When a line gets to have more than a couple people, someone else always quickly opens up another line to assist those waiting. They love quoting cash-only prices and not telling you. They also all seem to have run-down interiors. This place has the cheapest* gas in town, is sparkling clean, and has friendly employees! My only complaint is no air station to fill your tires...this is kind of a way of life in Alaska with massive changes in temperature and road conditions. ATM fee is $3.00. Not horrid, but also not great. Drink selection is average. Food selection is slightly above average for a space so tiny. *I'm skeptical the prices will stay good, this might be a "teaser rate" to get you to stop by. I will stop back in a few months and adjust the review accordingly, if they "pull a Shell".
