One star because zero is not an option. Equipment sucks. First pass through, the spray arm hit the back of my truck and stopped the entire wash process. The attendant promised me a free wash to try again but I had to wait in line again. When it was my turn, no sign of the attendant. So I paid twice, pulled in further than last time. Thought it worked fine, but when I got home, the right side of the truck and the tailgate looked like it hadn't seen a drop of water. Just wet grime, top to bottom. Never again. read more

Alright car wash with rising prices. Vacuums are difficult to access and don't reach far enough to clean multiple sides of a car without maneuvering to a new spot though this is also difficult to do with a high volume of cars. The lines are long most times I come this way. Pros: stay warm inside, no weird track to pull car. read more

Becareful. The Lake Otis location works half the time in the winter when its cold. All the bays say they're open and when you pay, the doors don't open. I called them and their response is the doors are frozen from the cold. But yet, they can't turn the "open" signs off.. read more

I paid $18 for double wash and triple foam. The machine must've malfunctioned because all it did was rinse my car once and then signal me to exit. No soap, no foam, nothing. I'm seriously considering the $25 Unlimited Basic Washes plan. I use a full service favorite off Old Seward currently and like the pre-scrub from actual people, but for my wife and I in the future the unlimited washes is a sexy proposition and theirs in a chemical wash versus a cloth strap style. It's a 4 Star to me because the previous cars dirt stuck to the clothes won't scratch. Here, since it's Lasers calculating the car/truck/SUV's front end and rear ends, it's touch less. BMW though recommends not using the touch less. But the deal is just CrAzY Good! $24.99/Month for the basic car washes?! Kind of a no brainer. As I understand it you put a credit card on file and your good to go. Just 2 washes pays for itself. read more

I subscribe to the unlimited wash for $24.95 a month. A must have living here if you like having a clean car. It does s pretty good job with just high pressure and not actually touching the car. If your cars design has any indents in the design, those areas are probably going to be a little dirty still. Less stars because there's almost always at least 1 bay broken or closed so the lines can be pretty long. read more

Run of the mill car wash. It's a decent place if you're in the area and need a quick wash. Prices are average as far as most car wash places go. Don't come here if your car is super dirty but it will definitely not wash everything off. Whenever I go through this car wash sit never gets my side mirrors. The air dryer as you're coming out doesn't do a great job of drying your car. This place does have free vacuums which is a plus. However you can only use them when an attendant is on duty which is inconvenient. The vacuums aren't the best but they get the job done. Not somewhere worth going out of your way, but not a bad option if you happen to be in the area. read more

Pay for a monthly unlimited and waste more time sitting in line because of crap equipment than it would take to buy a power washer, make soap by hand, and then wash my car while doing handstands. Took my car in and paid for the most expensive wash that should have had the car spotless and shining. The machine poured soap on the car and rinsed it off. There was no power washing, and the cars back was still covered in wet dirt. None of the mirrors were clean, and it looked like residue was left on it. Not worth the money AT ALL. read more

I used to love AL LKazer Wash but in the last two months it has become worthless. The last eight or ten washes, the blower/dry quit after about 10 to 15 seconds. The was does NOT clean at all and it is my understanding is that they have changed to cheaper cleaning solutions. I am done. it is not worth it. Pro, Free vacs. Cons, Looking for a place to do a brushless wash on my new car. Owned two months and just washed three weeks ago as breakup started and yes it was breakup dirty. Paid $18 for the deluxe job. Saw people using brushes before they went through which got me thinking why come to a brushless wash and use a brush? Found that there was a white dirty film over most of the car. Complained and got a 2nd wash free but it came out the same. The white film comes off easy with my finger. Car looks like it has not been washed in two weeks plus one rain storm. Dryers are not strong enough to dry the car more than halfway. Waste of time and money. I will look elsewhere. It may be a good deal for those with older cars who do not care about the paint job or mind a 2nd rate wash for the price. read more

Not the best carwash in town, but also not the worst. I think it does a much better job on smaller cars than large SUVs or trucks, because of the way the nozzles are aimed. Also not thrilled by the fact the air dryer is shorter than that of Monster Wash on Dimond. It's also a bit of a ripoff that wax is only included in the most expensive wash option, which comes in at a whopping 14 dollars. Not a bad place if it's nearby, but there are better washes to be had a few miles down the road. read more

This "car wash" place is really atrocious. On top of the high prices for the car washes ($8 - $14) are the vaccums with HIGH PITCH sounds that literally gave me a throbbing headache by the time I had left. This is coming from someone who hardly ever gets headaches. The whole time I was vaccuming my car I kept thinking about how aweful it was. It didnt even get it all the way clean $2.00 and 8 minutes later! What a waste. I would take a dirty car over stopping here. I think it would be more benificial to use a bucket of water with dawn soap and call the kid across the street to do it. Even if you do stop and get a car wash, be prepared for your car to get equally dirty afterwards because of the bumpy, dusty, and rock piled entrance to even get into the place. read more

They cheated us. We had 2 pre-paid cards for 2 years. My card was declined while my husband was out of town. He contacted them when he returned and found that his account was paid, the cards were deactivated because they want to use dash stickers now. We are not opposed to dash stickers. We are opposed to being taken advantage of with out notice or credit. They should have notified us that they were going to discontinue the cards and/or credit us the difference, for that reason I am telling you that they are cheats... read more

Decent wash, I've had poor wash experiences here so I only come here when there's a ton of traffic and if I'm nearby. Half of the times I've come here my car didn't get clean, the dryer didn't work or it didn't take cards. Today it took my card, washed my car decently enough but the dryer was pretty weak so I have iced over droplets all over my car. Also, the prices aren't really worth it, there are cheaper places in less convenient places that will wash better. read more

I went to this car wash last week, and the back of my Jeep and the bottom 1/3 of the sides didn't look like anything had been done, but being sprayed with water. My car is clean now. Terrible service overall. Customer service is ok, but a lot of the time u get ripped off in the car wash itself. The machines are HORRIBLE/UNRELIABLE. And once you've used up your wash for the day u can't get another one. Which is frustrating. Sometimes you'll drive in and nothing happens at all, and ur out a car wash if u use the app/monthly contract. But it is a good deal, and as soon as there is a competing company with monthly memberships I will be dumping Alaska laser wash ASAP. read more
