I honestly have nothing but great things to say about Town and Country pools, they were phenomenal…read more I went into the pool build process nervous due to the horror stories you read about with other pool builders. You will find no one better than T&C. I was immediately sold on Town and Country from day 1 and it is purely because of Emil Hermis, our builder. I filled out a request for information and within an hour Emil came to our home and began designing. Emil immediately struck me as a man of integrity, dedication, and very knowledgeable. My first impression was not wrong, Emil is a master of his craft and every single detail mentioned was delivered upon with perfection. I cannot begin to describe how grateful and thankful to Emil we are. The contractors used by T&C are top notch. There wasn't a single crew that worked on our pool that wasn't simply amazing. All were incredibly friendly, respectful, diligent, and hard working. The quality and skill every single crew brought to the build cannot be understated.. and they did it in 100 degree Southeast Texas heat. I cannot stress enough to a potential pool buyer, take care of your crews working on your pool. It is boiling hot outside and these guys do not take breaks, get them Gatorade or water. It doesn't take much to take care for the people giving you their all in our weather. We love our new pool and could not recommend Town and Country enough. We will absolutely be repeat customers if the next home we buy needs a pool built. Thank you Emil, thank you Town and Country!

The front desk employee rudely told me I couldn't speak with him and wouldn't even let me leave my name or explain my questions. He then hung up on me. I understand that an owner may not always be available, but there was no reason to be so dismissive and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company

If you are looking for a pool company with integrity The Pool Man has it! We are definitely part of The Pool Man family and have already recommended them!

I do not recommend the pool man. They are currently building our pool and it has been one issue…read moreafter the other. They tried to secure the underground plumbing for the pool with duct tape. I brought this to their attention and had no response, so I had to direct the crew to correct it and remove the duct tape and apply silicone. They broke our gas line and we had to call 911, the work crew continued working despite an active gas leak, which is dangerous for everyone. There were many other communication issues on top of tbis I won't dive into. But when I build my next pool at my new property I would not use the Pool Man again. If you decide to go with them, you will need to watch all the work like a hawk and be prepared to be assertive with issues until they are resolved correctly. The process won't be "smooth." I sincerely regret using the pool man and do not recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience.

I received four quotes to get my plaster and tiles done. We chose R Pools because CW was the most upfront didn't seem like they would come up with extra charges as a few other companies had in their contracts. The quote he gave was what we paid. When it came to the day to start there were some weather issues, but he contacted me first thing in the morning. CW was great, he communicated with me daily, made sure everyone was on task. Even with the delays due to the rain they finished in 4 days. CW then came out the morning the pool was finished filling and got it all started up. The crew that works with R Pools was great, and they cleaned up after themselves. So, if you are looking for any pool service for maintenance, repair, or renovations, you won't be disappointed with R Pools.

Call for details. Expires 5/26/25" I called for details and asked specifically what the price would be AFTER the promotion ends. I was told that nothing would change, that's the price moving forward, forever! It was too good to be true, my husband and I thought. The guy shows up to clean our pool and we ask him the same thing. In our minds there must be a catch. But he too said, nope, that's the price, it will not change. The first payment posted and it was $108 so I called them and they stated they charge monthly. Phew! Ok so far so good!!! Next month the payment was $204!! So again, I called and asked what the extra charge was. The lady stated that the $25 a week was a promotion that only lasts the first month. I told her that we had been lied to twice, and she apologized and said well it states that the price will increase on the invoice. Sure enough the invoice stated it would increase after the first month. However, the person I talked to on the phone originally and the guy who showed up at my pool blatantly lied to my face. Just sad. Very bad business. It's wrong to lie and deceive people. It's just not nice. I hope that this stops because I'm sure the people working for you would like to work for honest people. The work however, was good, but I can find cheaper service elsewhere.
