This place is absolutely horrible. It is now under the new ownership of Max and Jamie. Both of…read morewhich are very dishonest and use every excuse not to complete the job. As it is understood, Max is very handy and knowledgeable with repairing ATV's but lacks any skill with lawnmowers or tractors. After over 5 weeks of excuses, no shows and an overall lack of integrity, I wouldn't leave a can opener for repair here. Several failed attempts have been made to replace a belt and a pulley system, further damaging the unit that is less that 3 years old with fewer than 50 hours. The response has resulted in the outfit denying any involvement in further damage to the equipment that was brought on and refusal to correct the issue or refund for labor costs. Don't waste your time!

Had a steering issue with my Troy-Bilt ride-on mower where is was parked in my garage for months…read morebecause all of the parts that we ordered from the manufacturer did not fix the issue. We finally called the manufacturer for the nearest service center since the mower was still under warranty who referred us to Collin. He fixed our issue and I happily can mow my lawn again! I highly recommend The Mobile Mower Mender!!!

I have…read moreused them for 4 years and they will come to your home and do onsite repair to mowers, blowers, trimmers, tillers, saws and much more. I have a John Deere Lawn Tractor that I can't load in the back of my SUV and take it to a service center. They also repair push mowers which are difficult to load into most vehicles as well (unless you have a pickup truck). Owner, Tharius Dowell, responds quickly and comes to my home for a nominal service fee, diagnoses the specific problems, can perform a complete diagnostic, and has most replacement parts on his truck. He has saved me weeks of leaving my mower at a service center after renting a trailer to deliver it and pick it up, and getting my yard work done quickly. My experience was God-awful!! Poor customer service, broken promises, and poor communication. They state the turnaround time for repair is 10 days and you'll be contacted. I waited nearly 20 days with no contact!! I had to call them for an update only to find out minimum work had been done. They very seldom answer the phone. The owner lied stating I'd get a return call on a completion that never happened. After nearly a month, I decided to just go and pick my weed eater up. It looked just like it did when it was dropped off!! As a Christian I usually not outspoken, but this ordeal is unacceptable and disgraceful. I' had high expectations that wasn't close to being met. It was like going to Chic-fil- an and getting McDonald's service!!! I definitely wouldn't go back nor recommend. If you do, please don't say you weren't warned!!!
