As it is understood, Max is very handy and knowledgeable with repairing ATV's but lacks any skill with lawnmowers or tractors. After over 5 weeks of excuses, no shows and an overall lack of integrity, I wouldn't leave a can opener for repair here. Several failed attempts have been made to replace a belt and a pulley system, further damaging the unit that is less that 3 years old with fewer than 50 hours. The response has resulted in the outfit denying any involvement in further damage to the equipment that was brought on and refusal to correct the issue or refund for labor costs. Don't waste your time!

We finally called the manufacturer for the nearest service center since the mower was still under warranty who referred us to Collin. Any time you call, you get a recording and have to leave a message for someone to call you back. I found a dealer in Georgia that I am ordering parts from and very gladly will pay the extra shipping just to never have to deal with these people again. This place is horrible.

He received a call from Mowers Plus, that it could be repaired and that it still had a lot of life in it. Less than two weeks later, he received a call that it had been repaired. The price to repair was much less than getting a new pressure washer. When we picked it up, we were given a warranty on the work and tips on keeping the equipment functioning and storing for a longer life. Also, we toured the business and it was nice, clean, and had very knowledgeable technicians.
