I took mower in for OC, fuel filter change, and carb change and it's been 3 weeks and I pick it up today and it is smoking like crazy, running rough, and they charge me full price, $1065. It doesn't take 3 weeks for that kind of work, even if you're busy. When I got there to pick it up, they said it was being worked on and it was parked outside against a fence. The service department isn't honest about what's being done. And they should've cut the price down since it barely runs now and is smoking like a bonfire. Pathetic work. Pathetic service. I expected better from this company.

Took second one in drive disc was slipping, they wrote this on repair order, went to pick it up ( after paying 165.00 to change plugs, oil and filters, stuff I do myself) WOULD NOT even go up small trailer ramp. Two weeks later still not repaired. Was told by Ronnie he would get it done in two days and call me. ANOTHER two weeks haven't heard from Ronnie, called and they cannot find it, again.
