It was time for some new soles for a repair, so I came here. Immediately on entering the shop, I knew I was in the right place. It's the old-school. Paper tags, paper bags, old machinery. It's as shoe repair should be. Steve has been in business for 30 years and is teaching his son the art as well. Upon dropping off my shoes, Steve immediately surveyed the shoes, to include ripping off the old soles and showing me where the last repair shop went wrong. Not from a place of arrogance, but from a place of skill, respect, and reverence for the longevity of a good shoe. After less than a week, my shoes were repaired to a very high standard, looking better than they have in years. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Steve is excellent.

Sleeves are still a little long, plenty long enough to have shortened above those buttonholes. Plus they're different lengths though my arms aren't different. Owner did not care. Said she doesn't do buttonholes, that someone else does them. So she's not responsible? Said they could fix but would cost more and take more time. Was $50 to shorten sleeves and pants. I will find another tailor.

Train your employee to provide accurate information so that there is no confusion. And if YOUR EMPLOYEE makes a mistake make it right with the customer, especially a customer that's patronized your business for over a decade. If you hate your job and don't value customer service please find a job where you are not working directly with the public. If you can deal with a nasty attitude consistently then this is the place for you!

I was an Out of State grad student at the time. I can't remember the lady's name but I think she said she was Patsy's daughter. I brought the dress in on a Friday it was ready Sunday evening y'all. She was truly my fairy Godmother. She definitely Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo-ed on that dress. She also let me study on their patio (Omg such a beautiful scenery by the way) as she did some final touch ups. I will travel near or far to have my alternations done at Patsy's again. She was super nice and new exactly what needed to be done. They were also inexpensive.
