I got the top taken in, a bustle, hemming, and a strap added on the dress and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The alterations lady (sorry I blanked on her name) was super friendly and eased all my anxiety over my dress. She had my dress done quicker than I expected and it looked amazing! I will bring anything else that needs alterations here. Thank you for helping me!

I shocked but I believe she had plan and experience. When I picked it up, I found that the front and back lengths were uneven, and the lining underneath was even longer than the outer skirt. She made my new skirt to trash. I moved from California just one month ago, but I was charged $35 plus a credit card fee. This is actually more expensive than the prices in California. The most terrible thing is this place was really rude. Pleae do not go.

I have never dry cleaned any piece of clothing in my life, but after a trip to New York in…read moreDecember, I decided that my winter wool coat needed to be cleaned. I dropped my coat off by itself for a regular dry cleaning. When I arrived on the date it was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they had lost the belt that cinched my coat and that they were looking for it and for me to come back three days later to see if they had found the belt. When I arrived three days later, they still had not found the belt. The employee told me that I could continue waiting, I could go ahead and take the coat as it is without the belt, or I could file a claim for the missing belt. I decided to continue to wait because the employee said that a lot of times the pieces are found in production. After a little bit more time, I arrived again to check on the belt and pick up my coat. I was informed that they still had not found the belt. My options were to leave the coat there and file a claim for the whole coat or file a claim just for the belt. I decided to file a claim, but did not want to leave my whole coat there so I filed a claim just for the belt, but to be clear the coat is not very useful without the belt that cinches the coat together. After I filed a claim for the belt, I was still required to pay the $27.70 that it cost to dry clean my now useless coat. I will never be using this dry cleaning service ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their clothing. Their customer service policies are horrific and problematic to say the least.
