For clarity it's not the owner it's Tiffany the manager or customer service lead at the store - however attitude definitely reflects leadership because it's allowed. Train your employee to provide accurate information so that there is no confusion. And if YOUR EMPLOYEE makes a mistake make it right with the customer, especially a customer that's patronized your business for over a decade. If you hate your job and don't value customer service please find a job where you are not working directly with the public. I dropped my coat off by itself for a regular dry cleaning. When I arrived on the date it was supposed to be ready, I was informed that they had lost the belt that cinched my coat and that they were looking for it and for me to come back three days later to see if they had found the belt. When I arrived three days later, they still had not found the belt. The employee told me that I could continue waiting, I could go ahead and take the coat as it is without the belt, or I could file a claim for the missing belt. I decided to continue to wait because the employee said that a lot of times the pieces are found in production. After a little bit more time, I arrived again to check on the belt and pick up my coat. I was informed that they still had not found the belt. My options were to leave the coat there and file a claim for the whole coat or file a claim just for the belt. I decided to file a claim, but did not want to leave my whole coat there so I filed a claim just for the belt, but to be clear the coat is not very useful without the belt that cinches the coat together. After I filed a claim for the belt, I was still required to pay the $27.70 that it cost to dry clean my now useless coat. I will never be using this dry cleaning service ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their clothing. Their customer service policies are horrific and problematic to say the least.

Sleeves are still a little long, plenty long enough to have shortened above those buttonholes. Plus they're different lengths though my arms aren't different. Owner did not care. Said she doesn't do buttonholes, that someone else does them. So she's not responsible? Said they could fix but would cost more and take more time. Was $50 to shorten sleeves and pants. I will find another tailor.
