For clarity it's not the owner it's Tiffany the manager or customer service lead at the store - however attitude definitely reflects leadership because it's allowed. Train your employee to provide accurate information so that there is no confusion. And if YOUR EMPLOYEE makes a mistake make it right with the customer, especially a customer that's patronized your business for over a decade. If you hate your job and don't value customer service please find a job where you are not working directly with the public.
