I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with them from literally the day they delivered it to me 8 hours late. I have been calling, emailing and texting for 3 days and the one guy in parts, Bruce, is almost impossible to reach, will not call me back, or email me, and acts like he is doing you a favor when you do finally get him on the phone. Any time you call, you get a recording and have to leave a message for someone to call you back. I found a dealer in Georgia that I am ordering parts from and very gladly will pay the extra shipping just to never have to deal with these people again. This place is horrible.

Told them ac plug in kitchen with generator running was 120 volts but when you turned microwave or A/C on volts went to 95 volts, not enough to feed appliances so they kept it another day and did nothing and charged me $600.00 for absolutely nothing.
