I visit here at least twice a week to buy parts. I find they have a vast en entity of vehicles to choose from from. Cars are set up in easy to find numbered rows and they keep rows and isles between cars clean for easy access to pull what you want. Checkout is as easy as a grocery store. Returns are accepted no hassle and the staff are friendly . Thats a plus!! Thanks to all of you . BW read more

Probably one of the worst companies I've ever had to work with could not get in touch with them on hold for an hour and then they hang up on multiple occasions sold me a used car without the tag and I can't get back in touch with them for information on said tag, or why I've not yet received it from them yet. read more

Terrible company to try to work with. I kept trying to call them but you can never get through to speak to anyone there, partly because of their phone menu system that discourages live communication. Instead I show up to see if they will pull an engine out of a car [I confirmed online they had it] as their site says they will pull items for you if you dont have the tools. I dont have the tools to pull an engine out. I get there only to be advised "they dont pull engines" and I am "on my own". What a deceptive company and what a bunch of crap that I waste a round trip from ALabaster to Montgomery! This is called lying when you don't do what you say you can do! You should be ashamed Pull A Part! read more

As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.
