Once we picked up the vehicle, within 2 hours my son was driving down the interstate and the molding around the front passenger tire started coming off and flew around and hit the front of the vehicle causing damage to the hood, grill and lights. It also pulled the right panel when the molding came off. Montgomery Auto won't stand behind their work and take ownership for the damages claiming my son must have run over something. We have paid the deductible and my insurance company paid them. Now we have to take the vehicle to another body shop to fix the damage Montgomery Paint and Body caused with their botched work. That's another deductible and rental car fees to pay AGAIN!

That was very rude, and I spoke to Ashley who stated she didn't think he was being rude, but ma'am you were not in the conversation. We do not need the insurance to pay anything, because the city is paying for it. So, I sent my daughter to Precision Paint and Body, and she had no issues nor rude comments, so they will get the city check.

They get their mail, parts deliveries, and apparently too many customers can't find it. It gets sort of absurd when you drop your car off at enterprise leasing (another excellent company) and they take you to a different location in spite of what you tell them. This is sort of the Rodney Dangerfield of body shops :-). Kermit keep you posted on everything that's happening and they treat you politely. The work is excellent. The second time the bumper and fender paint finish did not match the rest of the car and it was quite noticeable. The third time they had issues getting the paint to match so they sent it to one of their other locations so their 30-year paint guy could get it matched. He got it matched, but there are now three spots on the upper rear portion of the fender that have trash in the paint. For something that I was told would only take a week, my wife was without her car for approximately seven weeks. Four trips from Luverne to Montgomery. While we realize this considerably devalues the vehicle, we will live with the poor quality finish because she refuses to let them touch her car again and she doesn't want to have to be without it again. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend using JHCC.
