So I filled my insurance claim and chose them to do the work. I thought this company was up for the task. So it took them about a week to put the bumper on and even then it was not put on properly. So I noticed a gap in my hood after the owner Greg and his wife told me the car was done. They were going to send me away from their place of business with my car just thrown back together any kind of way. So now here I am it's been almost a year later. And I had to take the car back because the bumper is coming a loss on the sides. I paid these people $2000 to fix my vehicle properly I should not have to come back to their business because their work should be quality, which it is not. So after I took the car back to show the owner Greg how the car and his work looked after almost a years time. He mine as well had ran me away from his auto body shop. I guess he thought I was just trying to get something for nothing when I paid for quality work and got non quality work. He was very argumentative with me and just overall nasty about the car. He never really wanted to look at the car in the first place. Business and professionalism very poor quality just like the work that is being done there poor. They were paid to fix my ac after the accident, after three tries they wanted 700 more to fix it??!! They scratched up my hood and my headlights, couldn't install my mustang emblem on correctly. I had marks on the side of the car they just painted for me. They expected my insurance to pay for their mistakes. They burnt the other side of the car with a buffer, the side they didn't have to touch. I have to take my car to anther repair shop to get it fixed for a 4 th time, unbelievable. Don't waste your time or money with them.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. The paint matches perfectly. Customer service was great! They made sure the parts were available prior to me bringing the vehicle in so that I was not without it for long. I received updates on repair progress. It was returned faster than the estimated time. My SUV was clean inside and out when I picked it up. The original estimate to repair was accurate. I would not hesitate to use them again, but I hope I don't need that type of service again. read more

I've gotten both both body work with McGriff's across the road (these are not considered the same…read morelocation) and with Keith at McGriff's Auto. Pleased with both. Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.
