Can't speak for the rest but the one SUCKS. Asked when I arrived I asked how long it would take. Was told that I would be in and out. Then when I asked to get my truck off of the rack kept getting the run around. Long story short it took 2.5 hours to get a set of tires. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE read more

I asked for tire rotation and balance which was done. They called my wife and said the brake fluid needed to be replaced and the front brakes were metal to metal. Brake job was going to cost $400. I have been using Gipsons for 24 years. When Mark run the desk I had no problems. A friend who is a mechanic at a major dealership in Montgomery came over and did the brake job. The front brakes had half of the metal pads left. I bought news ones at auto parts for $52. Done deal. Gipsons I WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

I have gone here numerous times for an oil change & it has always been my last resort since the first time. Every time I have had a problem with the service they've provided to me. Every oil change I've had here has been half done, my liquids are never full & my tire pressure is never checked or fixed. Today (which is literally my last time even trying this place) I dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up around 1:20pm and they did not put liquids in my car or fix my tire pressure. Idk it's annoying to wait hours and you still not have the little things done. I won't be back & im not changing my mind, just terrible every time I come here, the value does not seem to cover their customer service. read more

I pulled in to have air put in my tire because the tire sensor was on. The fellow came right over to help. They didn't look too busy, so I told him the problem and that I really need my tires rotated. They took me right in and I was out in about 20 minutes. They were really nice and courteous. read more

I took my wife's van to get the AC fixed. During the time they had it in shop, they broke the radiator and then tried to charge us double what Toulouse Tire Pros charged to fix the problem. I wish I could go lower than one star. read more

I have been dealing with Gipson Tire for many years and they have consistently treated me well. You may have to leave your car for a while but being able to trust that they aren't going to try and push a lot of unnecessary repairs down my throat is well worth the time it takes them to fix it right. read more

I have a new 2015 Ram Laramie. Had a slight vibration after going through Atlanta. Tire place in Clanton that I have used for years said they could balance the tires (found out the hard way they cannot balance 20" rims). Took to the dealership in Clanton and as I have found out with my cars (why I usually use the other place) that their balancing is sub par. Gipson's in Millbrook balanced the tires. Were very professional in all aspects of the work and explanations. Half price of dealership on road force balancing. They have a new customer. Easy to get to and very comfortable while waiting. Just a quick word about the guys at the Gibson Tire Store in Millbrook they have got to be the best at what they do. Grey , Richard, Tim , Josh all do a great job. I have been using them for years and I mean years and they have always done a jam up job on our trucks and cars. Richard and Tim I think are 2 of the BEST Mechanics around anywhere you ask them a question and they can answer it and or fix it and I know dealing with the public can be tough and trying at times but they always shoot straight with ya Gray is always friendly and knows what you need and runs the front like a professional where as most places have 2 or 3 at the desk and Josh is the same way if Grey is not there and if he is he is in the shop working . They are all just a bunch of Great Guys to work with and know. The shop maybe small but the quality of these guys work is First Class. I would never compromise what they deliver just to try and save a buck because in the long run you will pay more. I suggest these Guys to everyone out there ... read more
