As a result, I tend to run over quite a lot of wood chips and scrap steel which puncture my tires. On average, I have to get about ten tires repaired or replaced every year. Fortunately, when I showed up at this particular Firestone bright and early, I only had a slow leak. The gentleman behind the counter got my information, saw that I had a company car and had my information in his computer and got me right in. They had the tire patched (not plugged) which is a major bonus as it's a more permanent fix and saves you money in the long run even though it takes more time because they have to take the tire off the rim. I was out of there in the hour and the bill was sent to my company. All done at a reasonable price. Thanks Firestone.

We had to replace the radiator as well as hose's ect. On a late Friday afternoon. Christian Brothers came through for me. The entire staff was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I needed to get home because car was getting to point it wasn't going to crank so against my better judgment I said ok. Then when I got my bill - the battery was $330 and they charged me $60 for checking it and installing new one, then a charge of $35 for chemicals and shop rags and cleaning machine ... WTH? and they installed a new terminal kit for $35.... they never mentioned that. All this from a shop who I recently had work done by but under a warranty program so that repair they earned a little over $2000... so I wasn't a new customer. I very much felt like I was taken advantage of from being a lady and maybe even the fact I mentioned I needed my car for work and couldn't be stranded. I will NEVER go back and I will let all my friends and followers on mine and their platforms know to never use them for any of their automobile needs.

I've gotten both both body work with McGriff's across the road (these are not considered the same…read morelocation) and with Keith at McGriff's Auto. Pleased with both. Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.
