That was very rude, and I spoke to Ashley who stated she didn't think he was being rude, but ma'am you were not in the conversation. We do not need the insurance to pay anything, because the city is paying for it. So, I sent my daughter to Precision Paint and Body, and she had no issues nor rude comments, so they will get the city check.

It also pulled the right panel when the molding came off. Montgomery Auto won't stand behind their work and take ownership for the damages claiming my son must have run over something. We have paid the deductible and my insurance company paid them. Now we have to take the vehicle to another body shop to fix the damage Montgomery Paint and Body caused with their botched work. So I filled my insurance claim and chose them to do the work. I thought this company was up for the task. So it took them about a week to put the bumper on and even then it was not put on properly. They were going to send me away from their place of business with my car just thrown back together any kind of way. So now here I am it's been almost a year later. And I had to take the car back because the bumper is coming a loss on the sides. I paid these people $2000 to fix my vehicle properly I should not have to come back to their business because their work should be quality, which it is not.
