Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.

Once we picked up the vehicle, within 2 hours my son was driving down the interstate and the molding around the front passenger tire started coming off and flew around and hit the front of the vehicle causing damage to the hood, grill and lights. It also pulled the right panel when the molding came off. Montgomery Auto won't stand behind their work and take ownership for the damages claiming my son must have run over something. We have paid the deductible and my insurance company paid them. Now we have to take the vehicle to another body shop to fix the damage Montgomery Paint and Body caused with their botched work. That's another deductible and rental car fees to pay AGAIN!

After getting my truck home, I noticed some cracking and other blemishes on the bumper as well as a dent in the hood. I took the truck back to Chico's and they said the parts were flawed and there was nothing they could do about it. Not true, they could have told me about the issues when I picked up the truck, did the painter not see it? They could have asked me if I wanted the blemishes fixed or told me they couldn't be fixed. Lifetime warranty backed by a myriad of excuses not to stand behind it and unwillingness to recognize an opportunity to make it right. Equally disappointing was Chico's attitude when I brought the truck back. Quality work?? Not so much!

That was very rude, and I spoke to Ashley who stated she didn't think he was being rude, but ma'am you were not in the conversation. We do not need the insurance to pay anything, because the city is paying for it. So, I sent my daughter to Precision Paint and Body, and she had no issues nor rude comments, so they will get the city check.
