The entire time I was given excuses instead of progress -- workers were sick, they only had one painter, etc. Meanwhile, my car just sat there. Despite having my vehicle for over a month, they didn't even bother to coordinate a windshield replacement while it was already in their possession. Completely unacceptable. To top it off, the Friday before a major holiday, they called me at around 4:00 PM to say my car was ready and that they closed at 5:00 PM. Very unprofessional. When I picked it up, the car hadn't even been detailed. This place lacks organization, accountability, and basic customer service. I am totally dissatisfied and would never use Caliber Collision again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
