They promised to fix issues with the car 4 months ago when I first purchased the vehicle-we told them what needed to be fixed before we left the lot. The temp gauge doesn't work at all and they said they would fix it. I took it up there just to be told 4 hours later they got a bad part. Went back again 2 months later and no one was at the office. It's shaking really bad (possibly motor mounts, or alignment not really sure about the shaking but it's pretty bad, the defrost doesn't work so every time it rains I have to pull over) when driving and the transmission is going out. I purchased the $2,000 warranty to cover the main parts on the car and they will not stand on it now. I've texted them at least once a week since with no response. I will never buy another car from them and I'll tell everyone that ever mentions them to steer clear of these crooks! I should've known by how disgusting the office was that if they can't even clean up and fix AC for their own employees, why in the world would they honor their word on this vehicle with a regular civilian. The second time around I felt like I was purchasing a car from the mob. This was the worst experience my family and I have had with Reinhardt used car lot. We went in the purchase a 2014 Toyota Avalon. By the time we walked away I was convinced I would never come back to this dealership nor will I recommend it to anyone. We where quoted a price by the first finance manager which we knew was over priced for the vehicle. Talked with the sales person on the next day and received a lower price, but the new finance manager informed us the price would not be valid until the next day when the previous finance manager returned. We informed the finance manager that we could not make it in the next day due to our work schedule, but that was the least of his concerns. We where ready to purchase that day, but since the finance person(s) did not want to do business with us we walked away from the deal. This is a horrible way to do business. Very unprofessional!

Went to see Leon their service manager as I spoke to him to when I couldn't make an appointment with their customer service idiots. He never got up, introduced himself or anything. Picking up my truck was worse. Went to #2 office and the guy with the beard told me to go wait for Jasmine at the empty desk. I asked why he couldn't help me but he insisted he couldn't do anything and just go stand by her desk. That was until the Service Manager started to help me then he asked for my fob to bring my truck around for me. I told him don't waste your time and told the manager he refused to help me when I first came in. This dealership needs to fire everyone in their service department that works with customers. You cannot train these idiots, they will never care.
