As it is understood, Max is very handy and knowledgeable with repairing ATV's but lacks any skill with lawnmowers or tractors. After over 5 weeks of excuses, no shows and an overall lack of integrity, I wouldn't leave a can opener for repair here. Several failed attempts have been made to replace a belt and a pulley system, further damaging the unit that is less that 3 years old with fewer than 50 hours. The response has resulted in the outfit denying any involvement in further damage to the equipment that was brought on and refusal to correct the issue or refund for labor costs. Don't waste your time!

They kept telling each other things like "we're only here for 2 hours, then we're gone" with me standing right there. After they were "done" loading the truck after 3 1/2 hours, the back half of the truck was poorly packed, not even to half the height of the truck, so we had to rent an additional U-Haul to move the rest of our stuff, which is a first. They put boxes clearly marked as heavy on top of fragile boxes, and some of our belongings were destroyed. I tried to make this right ever since the move, but they have been useless. Now the owner, Ricky, has completely ghosted me and is avoiding my calls. Pitiful experience.

They have a one year warranty on the item just make sure you take a picture of your receipt and you can show them if need be or if your appliance breaks outside the warranty the repair, parts, etc are always fair. I am super happy and thankful for my washer and dryer and refrigerator from them. They are kind and helpful on the phone too.

Called Beshears in opelika the lady over warranty she talked to service manager he said bring it down landpride was good on warranty took to the service manager he immediately said what did you hit . He was the rudest person as a manager that I've ever dealt with and even insinuated I was lying he called me the next day and said that land pride was not going to cover it was my fault that the slip clutch didn't work but it worked 2 weeks before. Other people that have seen the driveline think the metal just had a flaw in it. Either way I think it should have been covered under warranty but that's their choice. I am paying for about 40 000 bucks of equipment I got from there and they can't cover a 107$ part that's what it cost me to order the oem part. l have had 2 more problems down there where people were rude or short with me. It's just my opinion that the customer service there is awful. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same tractor somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever been so upset that I have left a bad review. I know customer service has gotten bad most everywhere but I have just never been talked to and treated unfairly like I was there. The ice maker was not working but it also has been having problems with the temperature not getting cold and the freezer not holding temperature. Aco has come to fix the fridge at least ten times and still haven't fixed the problem. They have dragged the repair for weeks and months. They have come and not even check anything in the back of the fridge to see what is the problem. Stay away from this company.
