I live close to Savannah GA and my local dealer quoted me a package that charged more than MSRP for the tractor and loader. I shopped around and found Beshears Kubota, and Joe gave me a very fair deal. I drove over 250 miles each way to purchase the tractor package and it was worth every minute on the road. Called Beshears in opelika the lady over warranty she talked to service manager he said bring it down landpride was good on warranty took to the service manager he immediately said what did you hit . He was the rudest person as a manager that I've ever dealt with and even insinuated I was lying he called me the next day and said that land pride was not going to cover it was my fault that the slip clutch didn't work but it worked 2 weeks before. Other people that have seen the driveline think the metal just had a flaw in it. Either way I think it should have been covered under warranty but that's their choice. I am paying for about 40 000 bucks of equipment I got from there and they can't cover a 107$ part that's what it cost me to order the oem part. l have had 2 more problems down there where people were rude or short with me. It's just my opinion that the customer service there is awful. If I had it to do over again I would buy the same tractor somewhere else. This is the first time I have ever been so upset that I have left a bad review. I know customer service has gotten bad most everywhere but I have just never been talked to and treated unfairly like I was there. I don't want anything from them but maybe this will help the service manager to do better and maybe help another customer. Thanks
