I almost pleaded to have it completed by the end of the day Friday. It took some cajoling on Friday afternoon but they did have it done by the 5:00 (they close at 5:30). They put on a new blade, which I had not requested but it cost me $11 which is about half of what Home Depot would charge (not sure what's the catch). In total, I paid around $34 with blade and 3% for using a credit card which is only $9 higher than what I paid to the other lawnmower place in East Griffin for a new pull cord 3 months before.

Had a mower here where we paid a…read morerush fee to have it done sooner but it ended up being there for nearly a month, no updates and no calls returned, my husband had to go in person a few times to get updates on it, in which no one had even looked at it. It had sat for so long that the carburetor got messed up. Now there's another issue needing to be fixed with it, just a waste of time and money overall. Today I have a weedeater that doesn't work. They diagnosed the issue three times wrong. I wish these brothers much success in the future but, you need to do your customers a lot better.
