Work under contract was to…read moreremove and replace existing driveway, remove and replace cinder block wall with poured concrete retaining wall, remove and replace 15' x 50' deck and to install 70' of ornamental iron railing on top of poured concrete wall. I paid A.O.I. $10,000 on 6-3-25 and paid for all materials / supplies. As of today's date 5-19-2026 Andrew has failed to complete the work listed under contract. Andrew has repeatedly failed to show up for work as promised. He rarely puts in a full day's work and never shows up on time as promised. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's. He will promise you the moon only to under perform and under deliver!!! Andrew's kept mentioning he wanted a 5 Star review.... utterly laughable!

Andrew Ornamental (David) did a phenomenal job with all of our home maintenance needs. They…read moreprovided two beautiful screen doors installed on the back of the house (upper and lower). They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs. David does great work, is on time, reasonably priced, and is very friendly. Highly recommended for iron work, home repairs, and home maintenance.
