Had a steering issue with my Troy-Bilt ride-on mower where is was parked in my garage for months…read morebecause all of the parts that we ordered from the manufacturer did not fix the issue. We finally called the manufacturer for the nearest service center since the mower was still under warranty who referred us to Collin. I almost pleaded to have it completed by the end of the day Friday. It took some cajoling on Friday afternoon but they did have it done by the 5:00 (they close at 5:30). They put on a new blade, which I had not requested but it cost me $11 which is about half of what Home Depot would charge (not sure what's the catch). In total, I paid around $34 with blade and 3% for using a credit card which is only $9 higher than what I paid to the other lawnmower place in East Griffin for a new pull cord 3 months before.

Wendell and his partner successfully resolved the blockage - using a camera to confirm that the job was done thoroughly. I've provided pictures of what Drain-o-Might cleared AFTER the first company's visit. Wendell told us that the color of the residue was an indication of its age and that it could not possibly have occurred in the six weeks between services. Wendell was professional, responsive and thorough. We would definitely hire him for future work.
