Amazing CVS! I got my covid vaccine and flu shot here and the staff was super friendly! Highly recommend this place to others!

Plenty of parking clean store stuff that's willing to help. My photo order was perfectly done and I was happy to go pick it up when I go again absolutely and I didn't know that there was one so close to me so I am appreciative of that. read more

I had a very disheartening experience here regarding receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmacist who administered the vaccine couldn't have been more cold and unprofessional. She made me wait an unreasonable amount of time for her to finish refilling some prescriptions. Then, she asked me to sit in the vaccine chair and explained absolutely NOTHING. All she asked was for my date of birth and if it was my first or second dose. This was my first and I was very nervous. After she gave me the jab she explained NOTHING about possible side effects etc. She only asked that I sit for 15 min to "monitor me". Well, she didn't monitor me at all. She didn't come back to ask how I'm doing, and after about 25 min of me waiting around I just got up and left because she was towards the back refilling prescriptions. Mind you, I nearly had a full blown panic attack. If you are ambivalent, nervous and/or anxious about taking the vaccine, I suggest you go somewhere else. This place will not ease your mind. I left this place more anxious and stressed. I've spoken with other friends and relatives who have taken the vaccine and they would tell me such wonderful things about their experiences and how helpful their pharmacists were. This lady was terrible. No social skills whatsoever. She also didn't even put the bandaid on the correct spot of my arm-she completely missed the injection spot by almost half an inch. I didn't notice until i got home- completely careless. I had a 9 am appointment on a weekday morning. There were no other customers inside the pharmacy, let alone in the entire CVS. She could have at least been a little more empathetic to my situation. I was not asking for her to hold my hand and coddle me, but just a little more interaction would have helped, and reassurance on her end. I'm wondering if she even had a heart beat... Go anywhere else for your vaccine! I already switched locations for my second dose. read more

This rating is not for the store, but for their best tech, Tai. She efficiently uses two registers to keep the line moving and ensures everyone is up to date. I'm amazed at how she remembers some customers and their kids, always showing kindness. When I heard her say goodbye, my heart almost stopped. If she leaves, I leave. Whenever she's not there, I leave because the other techs lack urgency. Customers frequently thank her and try to tip her, but she always refuses. She deserves a raise and to be a manager. I've seen her help customers during her lunch break and assist at the registers when the front is busy, even getting the keys to open the locks. I've never seen another pharmacy person do that. When she walks in, customers flock to her. I haven't seen her much lately, but when I saw her yesterday, guess what? No line. When she's at drop-off and has no line, she jumps to the register to help. Multifaceted is the word--this store needs more techs like her. read more

Like All of CVS's around here have worst help! Don't know don't care and will give you disrespect and smart ass answers. I don't know if it's a sign of the Times but it's little wonder that CVS stock is tanking! Don't buy milk here or even other CVS around here unless you want to throw half away or return it and get an attitude, because it goes sour 4 days before sell by date! Buy milk in ShopRite and 2 days past sell by date milk is still fresh and tasty! Don't know how or where they store it before they refrigerate it but milk left out unrefrigerated shortens shelf life drastically. read more

New to the area, senior, very sick and sent task rabbit to pick up meds next day after I waited for them to send meds. They were supposed to try and get them to me that day and keep me posted. Called and pharmacist said they were closed, no one could deliver. Task rabbit went to pick up next day, they overcharged me(I paid for them in full the night before over $300 copay, and they only sent two of the three meds. I desperately needed. I live close to this location. In the last two years I have seen the staff-customer dynamic totally shift as a priority of the brand. At 1703 I have to say I am ALWAYS greeted upon entry with a smile, asked if I need assistance, and treated kindly by the people working there. I don't agree with these other posts. The pharmacy does take long, at EVERY CVS location, however if the place is busy and overwhelmed I am very politely asked to wait or come back in fifteen minutes. Despite my own negligence to stay on top of scripts or the rage of other waiting customers, the pharmacy staff is really great. Especially now with the threat of COVID-19 I was wary of going into any store but had to pop in for essentials at this location and I was greeted with a smile, offered help if I needed to find anything specific, and overall had a really great experience. Keep in mind these are essential workers and are stressed out with the rest of the world, yet customer service with my stop last week was an A++. At the end of my transaction the clerk even shared that I can take a hand sanitizing wipe at the doors (pure gold today) on my walk out and insisted I be careful and take care! If you have a local shop you will often realize the people working are the same faces and honestly the people at this location are why I still shop at any CVS! The valedictorians of the retard academy work here in the pharmacy. Every time I go there to pick up a prescription, they need 45 minutes, despite it being called in over 4 hours prior. Each and every time, these idiots pull the same garbage. Avoid these morons at all cost and go with Walgreens or another pharmacy. read more

The WORST CVS I've ever walked into. We live right down the street and only stop in for emergencies bc it always sucks (poor/nonexistent service, lack of selection, etc,) but yesterday took the cake. I placed a photo order at 8am and got an email that it was ready by 9:30am. Keep in mind this is literally one single photo. So I go to pick it up along with a few other things just after 5pm, get on line and the girl "can't find my photo". She looked and sounded like she was high, and was just like "well it's here but I can't find it. Take a seat and I'll reprint it REAL QUICK for you (operative words there)." So she tells me oh the machine is finishing up a big photo order and then your single photo will print. Ok no problem, it's one picture so I'll wait. In this time the manager comes over and she starts looking for my picture too. So this 100 photo order finally stops printing after almost 20 minutes.. Now it's like 5:30, she goes to the machine and tells me oh there's ANOTHER big photo order, it's 200 pictures, so your picture will print after this one. I said BYE that's insane. Unless my kid is sick I will never step foot in this CVS again; save yourself the trouble and go 5 min down Central to the 24 hr one. read more

Unfortunately there is an employee by the name of Gaby who has to be the worst customer service associate I have ever encountered in any establishment. She is rude and obnoxious, will either misinform you or just completely ignore your questions without any qualms about it. It is a shame she is giving this location such a bad wrap as the rest of the team tends to provide excellent customer service. read more

For starters there isn't enough people working there. Their photo center always has issues mostly outdated computers or they have ones that are broken and have yet to be fixed. They have a few employees with a piss poor attitude. My girlfriend and I had just printed off photos, we went to pay. The service we received was very disappointing. The woman at the register did not greet us, was very cold and hold a bad attitude. Aside from snatching photos from my girlfriends hand and shoving them into the folder. Along with getting her finger prints all over them, she bent them. This is not our first experience with this woman however, she had worked at several others cvs stores and had the same attitude. If you have an attitude like that, you should not work in customer service. read more

store lives up to the vile reputation of the city its in, Yonkers. customers are scary at night. not what you would expect in suburbia, but more like the hood. nasty staff. pharmacy workers seem clueless and wasting time. would I trust them with my prescription? why does CVS treat stores in poor neighborhoods different the more affluent? go to scarsdale for a better experience. read more
