Ample parking, very helpful staff, pharmacy staff lovely. They need to adjust the correct pharmacy hours on website.

Waited for a cashier for a while but he was handling a complicated return with a customer. I wait a few more minutes. By self checkout an employee has her back turned at the line rope with her head in her phone. (Blonde, accent) I change my mind and choose self checkout. I wait in line BEHIND her and she's still on the phone. There is an older couple who step to wait in FRONT of her. A machine opens up and the couple is about to step up but I approach ahead in front of them since I am waiting in line within the directed ropes path. They take notice and wait a moment. Another machine opens as I am walking and so they take the second occupied machine. The couple and I now both need assistance for items scanned. Employee wakes up from her device and assists them. She enters codes for me, I thank her and she accuses me for skipping the couple in line. I made sure to let her know TO OPEN HER EYES BECAUSE IF SHE WASN'T ON THE PHONE, SHE WOULD KNOW WHERE THE LINE WAS. I was hollering all the way out the doors. I never understood why this CVS has such poor ratings until today. I watched the manager Inayat and a supervisor Veronica being very disrespectful towards a customer. First, they refuse to help her when didn't want to use the self-serving machine. Then the owner claim she took a picture and he ran off in the middle of her Transaction. So I started taking pictures so I can report these racist people!! No one should have to deal with that treatment. I had to chase the girl down to give her my number and send her all the pictures that I took. I hope she reports these people for the way they treated her. When they threatened to call the police because they were calling her names and being rude she said call the police. If you don't want customers in your store, you should close down. I will never return to the CVS again. I volunteered to stay if the customer wanted to call the police on them, but she said she will report them. I hope she follows through because I am calling corporate to write another letter about them. What I saw today was a disgrace!!!! Inayat and Veronica should be ashamed of themselves!!! read more

There isn't enough help. Self checkout. Pharmacy kinda nasty Brian guy. Some register manned on weekends only. Good coupons because prices are way too high. Higher than Amazon on pain relief and paper goods. Dry fruit & snacks are good price. Plentiful cookies even bread. But the frozen food is locked up like prison. The manager is kinda snappy & incompetent. Make sure self machine doesn't eat ur money & get stuck. And if cashier he rings up all your coupons. Lastly do coupon machine before you checkout. Avoid. Try drive up Walgreens or CVS up in Bedford. read more

This CVS Pharmacy is horrible. Went in for a simple allergy medicine transfer from my usual CVS in New Rochelle and it was an awful experience. Brian the pharmacist/manager is condescending, disrespectful and downright rude. The pharmacy department is one of the most important departments in CVS and you have your staff yelling, talking down to and ignoring customers? One of the better CVS locations in and around Scarsdale. Staff are helpful and there is a decent selection of cosmetics and especially Men's grooming (for me in particular) which is great! Parking is ample outside also. read more

I went to this CVS today for a two vaccines. Everyone was so pleasant and the store was clean, well stocked and organized. The nurse issued the vaccines so quickly, I was in and out in a flash. I was also purchased two greeting cards and proceeded to the register. There were no lines and the cashier was extremely friendly. Today was an excellent experience at this CVS. 1 star for the Pharmacy! The store itself is whatever... nothing shy of a regular degular drugstore, but the pharmacy.... omg don't get me started!! It is literally insane how impossible it is to get a live voice on the phone when calling this location. I've only needed to get in touched with the pharmacy department, but once I realized after multiples attempts and countless minutes wasted that I couldn't get a human on the phone (I tried every other option that they listed I even went as far as "doctors press 2") I had to wind up trekking my behind here. The issue? I live in Queens, and this CVS is in Westchester. I went to a First Med somewhere between mine and my BF's house. The medical technician sent the prescription for my Strept Throat to the wrong CVS location (this one) instead of the one by my house, since both were inputted in their system already. Now I've used this particular pharmacy a few times prior to me having to finally write a review, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to call them I CAN NOT get in touched with a human being. The one time I absolutely needed to get them on the phone, and couldn't is what finally prompted me to write this review. I had to eventually make my way to the location, which at that time when I was sick, and not in Westchester, was seemingly impossible. Shame on you CVS of Scarsdale! For lack of Customer service in what probably the most important department of the store! I will not only never fill a prescription at this location again, but nor will I shop here! read more

The pharmacy department doesn't ever answer the phone. You can stay on hold for a half hour and then they will simply hang up the call (which happened to me twice today) The store manager doesn't seem to have the ability to get the staff to answer the phone either - he can only transfer calls and then you are on hold again. I know they want everyone to use the app, but it can't help you determine if the drug store has your specific meds in inventory. Their phone etiquette is just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The whole reason not to use a mail-order service for RX is to have access to a human pharmacist when needed -- they do NOT satisfy this basic need. read more

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I have been trying to fill a prescription there for over a week now and I keep getting different answers as to why it wasnt filled yet. Every time I call they say it will be ready after 4pm the following business day yet it never was. Then when I called today they were extremely rude and refused to check other stores to see if my medicine was in stock there. They gave me the phone numbers and TOLD ME to call around. Do not leave a UPS pickup here. I asked for a receipt for two boxes, they said they don't give receipts. They said I'd get a text when my items were picked up. I didn't receive a text yesterday or today, and when I called, they weren't helpful, said to call UPS. They don't have the phone number for UPS(which I can look up), and no tracking number. read more

Harry, the Store manager is rude and arrogant, he's acting as if he is running his own corner bodega store. Extremely disrespectful to my wife and wouldn't help her with her issue upon checkout, spoke to her in a bad condescending derogatory tone, when she got home she was very upset and distressed with the way he treated her, I called to complain, he hung up the phone. Will NEVER step foot in this store again! Dropped off a roll of film (yes, in the year 2020) to be developed. Was informed to allow 3-4 weeks as the film must be sent to the lab. They told me they will call me when my photos are ready for pickup. Didn't receive a call in a little over 4 weeks so decided to check in myself. At that point, I was told my photos were not there and to try calling again in a few days. When I tried again, I was given the 800 customer service # to track down my own photos .... Something that I feel they should have done for me but at this point they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me- real nice, right? I called CVS corporate office about 3 separate times (that's how long it took them to figure out what happened to my photo order). Finally, the store manager called me (at week 5) and shouts nastily into the phone that my photos are there and ready to be picked up. I knew going into this, the outcome would be disappointing and I definitely wasn't mistaken. I picked up my photos and paid the $10 all to find 4 black printed photos in the envelope. I entered the store again with my orange photo envelope and receipt in hand. The cashier saw me and as she was helping another customer was yelling for the manger to come up front. Interesting that she knew to call him even before I got to the counter to tell her what the problem was .... The manager was VERY defensive with me right from the start. Again, why be defensive if you did absolutely nothing wrong?? The outcome was I could not be refunded because I was told the $10 was to develop my (4 completely black photos) and not for the photos themselves. Full disclaimer: After a lot of back and forth, the manager did offer to take $10 off my next order which is great but I will never return to that store again to get the refund. It really was never about the $10, it was the way the entire situation was handled! Why did I have to feel like I did something wrong for wanting my photos printed? Some serious attitudes in this store need to be adjusted or they will continue to lose customers. Best and only good thing about this CVS is the parking lot! read more

Every time I've ever called the pharmacy for critical info on my prescription refill, I have NEVER gotten in contact with a real person. I avoided that store although it right next to me, but had to go there again for passport pics. Some tall black guy in nice clothes step from the back office to take pictures. It was open on Christmas eve so that I was able to get the last minute gift for my granddaughter and Christmas card ( I have had unforeseen emergencies after emergencies so that I could not get these essentials until the last minutes) It was very sacrificial of them to leave the store open for the last minute shoppers. read more

This is a great local drug store (even though it's a chain). Most of the staff are friendly and helpful who go out of their way to help you. I love the fact that the store is clean. Parking is great with a big lot out the front. While it can get busy, I have never had to wait for a space or walk that far. Handicapped parking is a plus. read more
