Two years ago a loud, brash pharmacist (owner?) berated me over the phone for daring to ask about a particular methylphenidate ("don't you know no one has these medications in stock??"). Today, after our child was prescribed a new medication, a woman pharmacist approached me at the counter to say "Just so you know, we try to reserve these medications for our long-term clients." I reminded her we had indeed been coming here for at least two years, but, wow, what an assumption. Beautiful cards and wrapping paper, but beware, anyone with a sick family member who has never been to this 'community' pharmacy before.
