He doesn't require them to have any certifications and doesn't even give them any training. People come and go and when one of my parents was at Sunshine we experienced some awful caretakers where understanding them was even a challenge. Don't get me wrong there are "a few" and I mean a few experienced good caretakers but not many. You have to be aware who he is sending to care for your loved ones. He sent an overnight caretaker to care for my parent and she fell asleep within the first half hour. She had a very unprofessional appearance as well.

Wanted to call police, but Gary begged me not to because he didn't want it to to get out.Then Gary sent another person and was billing me for hours that she wasn't there.
