The salesperson rushed us, sold us a product that was the wrong size, and told us we could adjust if we needed to. We spent $200 on a walker. (Ps they don't take Medicare.). Before long we realized the walker was the wrong size. My mom has to bend all the way over the handlebars to use it. We go to adjust it and it's NOT adjustable. We take the walker back, explain the situation and they refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong guidance about the walker size, and it's ability to be adjusted. Now we have a new $200 walker that my mom cannot use. And they offered zero help or resolution.. Won't go back.

It seems to me that the girls that work there are usually younger, just looking for a part time job, all very sweet girls from what i've seen. The way this man was speaking to one of them was unlike anything i've ever heard. I don't know if i'll go back due to hearing how the pharmacists treat their employees.
