The Dr. Pharmacist is one of the nicest and caring people..has treated me very well since I've become a customer / patient. He has assisted me with my insurance company and answered all my questions..working with me and my Dr. For the best possible treatment...you CAN NOT get service like that at a CVS or Walgreens..trust me!! And all the kids who work here are all so sweet. Even a few years ago ( before I was a regular customer ), I got my Covid shoot here ( under protest as a NYC First Responder..facing termination if I didn't comply with vaccination mandates ), they were so understanding and sensitive about my concerns. ( Don't worry I got the J&J )lol. I really can't say enough wonderful things about this place..even if you popped in to make a xeronx copy, you will immediately see how special this place is...I was just there today and loved their Valentines gift selections..I'm gonna come back for chocolates and teddy bears next month . The pharmacists are always helpful and the owner is especially friendly and willing to help out. They have the basics covered without the variety found at the big chain down the block but again, small businesses like this are the lifeblood of small towns and I do continue to get prescriptions filled here.

The prescription process isn't always the staffs fault, it can be the system. Of note is at some point I was getting calls that meds were ready through the automated system and when I show up to get them the staff would work quickly to get it together for me. I don't know why I would be called about it being ready if they are going to wait for me to show to fill it. It seems to have stopped but I think only because now I call and confirm that the bottle is filled and in the basket waiting. I like the convenience of where the pharmacy is in relation to my house and the drive up. But if Danny ever left out would be the incentive I need to look at ordering meds online. Sure enough, I was able to use their restroom. It was fairly clean for a public restroom, but unfortunately the soap dispenser was empty--only hand sanitizer was available. I was too exhausted at the time to bring it up to staff. Note: I'm deliberately using the correct word restroom--not "bathroom," since there was no bathtub. At 17, during a senior class trip to France, I asked for the bathroom location in a restaurant, and a few French people responded that Americans use the word bathroom instead of restroom when looking for a public toilet, and I have never forgotten that! I have been using the word "restroom" ever since! I'm giving this CVS four stars, deducting one for the lack of soap.

Another question I had was why do you still have our credit card on file when we never gave you permission to have that They don't know. What do they know? Serves us right for ordering from this wretched store. They treat their workers horribly no health insurance all part-time I could go on and on, but you can look it up for yourself. We're waiting to contact our bank because both of us might have heart attacks about being so angry that any corporation would ask for direct access to our personal banking account. Every corporation knows everything about you is got nothing to do with national security as we keep telling you. They figure we're a little bit older, maybe we're nuts.
